The latest trendy diet to come out of someone's famous ass comes from Gwyneth Paltrow: a juice detox diet.

Clear a path to the bathroom!

Gwyn has been following the regiment for about 3 weeks and she exclaims she is very "happy and much lighter." Being fit has always been very important to Gwyn and we don't think we've ever seen her gain a single pound, but she seems to think she has.

She writes to her GOOP newsletter: "I dropped the extra pounds that I had gained during a majorly fun and delicious 'relax and enjoy life phase' about a month ago."

The diet is called The Clean Program, where a person indulges in two liquid meals a day with one solid sandwiched in between. Cardiologist Dr. Alejandro Junger explains the "Clean" detox works by cutting out most food and "reducing digestive work so detox can occur in full mode." Gwyneth suggests it "works wonders."

Doesn't sound very healthy for THREE WEEKS!

We love us a good celebrity bitch brawl, especially when it's with B+ celebrities who pretend like they are above all the Hollywood drama!

That brings us to the current report that Ben Affleck's lady love, Jennifer Garner, has a huge dislike for his ex, Gwyneth Paltrow. Not being a huge fan of Gwyneth, Us Weekly says that Jen was truly the definition of pissed when she learned little Moses Martin, Gwyn's son with husband Chris Martin, was enrolled in the same school as her daughter, Violet.

A source claims that the proximity to the ex-girlfriend and her family is very uncomfortable for Jen, especially when it comes to playdates with the kids. Jen had issues with Violet attending a birthday bash for Moses back in April, but then had a bigger problem when she found Moses in her own house!

The source says: "After the party, Ben's mom invited Moses over to Ben and Jen's house for a playdate. Jen came home and flipped out! She was so angry at Ben's Mom for inviting them over."

We can see this is clearly a jealousy issue on Jen's part and perhaps Gwyn accepted the invite to be a little snoopy.

But what we want to see is how these bitches will handle their kids if they grow up and fall in loooooove!

Oh, what a wedding that will be!

America's most unrelateable actress, Gwyneth Paltrow, has done it again!

We didn't think it was possible to alienate more people, but she is an overachiever!!!!!

Gwyneth speaks almost perfect Spanish with an Iberian accent, of course!

"When I was 15, I went to a small town outside Talavera de la Reina and I had the most wonderful experience. It really changed my life," says the privileged actress who traveled to Spain as a teenager.

Paltrow said Spain "became a second home" and she makes sure to visit at least once a year!

"It is so different from the United States. It seemed to have a history, and the buildings are years and years and years old. Here in the United States an old building is about 17 (years old), and over there it's from 500 B.C., it's incredible," said the pretentious hater. "Also, the way people live over there. They seem to enjoy life a little bit more. They aren't running around as much as in New York. They enjoy time with the family. They don't always have their Blackberries on."

Some people have to work, Gwynnie!

"Moses speaks a little bit, but understands everything. Apple speaks a lot," Paltrow said of teaching her children Spanish.

She is also writing a book on U.S. cuisine with Spanish influence after shooting "Spain … on the Road Again" with chef Mario Batali.

No doubt she borrowed some recipes!

Gwyneth just launched a Spanish language version of her advice website, GOOP.

Please spare the people who don't speak English because they may have to watch her act too!

"I would love to. I haven't found the script yet, but the first (movie) would have to be a small role, not very important, because I imagine I would have to get used to acting in Spanish," said Paltrow who may grace the screen to brag about her knowledge in the language of love.

Just move to Spain already!

No Reservations star and chef Anthony Bourdain had some harsh words for Gwyneth Paltrow and her association with chef Maria Batali.

While on a panel at Seattle’s Paramount theater on Saturday, Bourdain was quick to make fun of Batali’s PBS series, Spain… On the Road Again, featuring Gwyneth Paltrow.

“Why would you go to Spain with the one bitch who refuses to eat ham?” said Bourdain.

Paltrow has stated that she adheres to a strict macrobiotic diet and will not eat any meat during the series.

Why would you take her with you?!

She can't even fully enjoy the culinary experience!!!

Gwyneth Paltrow might be hitting the stage again soon!

The blonde fitness nut started her career on stage when she appeared as a youngster in productions at the Williamstown Theatre Festival.

And, now, it seems the Oscar winner is said to be considering a role in Anton Chekhov's Three Sisters on the West End in London.

The show "focuses on the lives of Olga, Masha and Irina, three sisters of Russian gentry, who try to fill their days in order to construct a life that feels meaningful. The sisters are refined and cultured young women who grew up in urban Moscow; however, for the past 11 years they have been living in a small provincial town."

We don't want to say it sounds boring, but uhm, boring!

Speculation is that Gwynie would be playing the eldest sister, Olga, a spinster schoolteacher.

Gwyneth Paltrow has used the latest GOOP newsletter to shit talk about a "frenemy" Paltrow was once total besties with!

Meow!

Says Gwyneth:

Back in the day, I had a "frenemy" who, as it turned out, was pretty hellbent on taking me down. This person really did what they could to hurt me. I was deept upset, I was angry, I was all of those things you feel when you find out that someone you thought you liked was venomous and dangerous. I restained myself from fihting back. I tried to take the high road. But one day I heard that something unfortunate and humiliating had happened to this person. And my reaction was deep relief and… happiness. There went the high road. So, why does it feel so good to hear something bad about someone you don't like? Or someone you DO like? Or someone you don't KNOW? I once asked the editor of a tabloid newspaper why all of the stories about a famous British couple had a negative bent. He said that when the headline was positive, the paper didn't sell. Why is that? What's wrong with us? I asked the sages to shed a little light.

Here's to washing our mouths out with soap…

Madonna's personal trainer is getting a big time bonus!

Tracy Anderson has just sold a workout book titled The 30-Day Method Boot Camp to Grand Central Publishing.

And the selling price? A cool six-figure deal, of course.

The book is set to be published later in 2010.

We're sure having Madge and Gwyneth Paltrow as clients is really the main reason she got that deal. Though, if you recall, we told you earlier this year how Gwyneth and her gal pal Tracy were even planning to open up a gym in NYC.

Well, we hope the book is a better success cuz the gym hasn't even opened yet and already many people are finding it overpriced ($900 monthly dues) and overrated.

Diana Baroni, Grand Central editor, claims that Tracy "has a great media platform. I had seen her before I even got the written proposal in the New York Times, she’s been on shows, and she gets a lot of press, so that’s obviously something we liked because she’ll be able to spread the word about her project.”

Oh, and aside from the book they're also considering the possibility of including a workout video as an insert in the book.

Baroni adds, “She has a really different theory on fitness and working out. Everything else out there just seems to be sort of similar. I think women are obsessed with losing weight period, so they are always willing to try something new.”

As we mentioned a couple of months ago, production for Iron Man 2 was set to begin this month.

And, luckily, it seems the movie is right on schedule.

On Monday, Robert Downey, Jr.and Gwyneth Paltrow were spotted working on the flick in El Lay.

Gwyneth was seen being driven to the set. And RDJ was spotted outside his trailer sporting a yummy, cancer-inducing cigar.

Oh, and he also took his Iron Man lunchbox to work with him.

Wonder what type of goodies he's got in there?
