Hayden Panettiere is really classing up the Billboard Music Awards blue carpet!

The 23-year-old covered up in a sleek black Heritage Halston dress and accentuated the outfit with a cute gold Jimmy Choo clutch.

Her makeup and bead-accented hair were giving off more Los Angeles than Nashville with her sun-kissed California look.

Even with such a dark dress color, she still managed to exude summer! Lovely!

Julie Bowen didn't do her slender figure any favors in a draped, one-shoulder turquoise Halston gown at this year's Golden Globe Awards.

To make things worse, those heavy bangles and dark clutch and shoes weigh down the dress' breezy color.

On the upside, her makeup is flawlessly dramatic.

Mena Suvari attended Los Angeles Confidential Magazine’s Hamilton Behind the Camera Awards on Sunday night in El Lay looking so elegant!

The actress wore a black Halston dress which she paired with simple black pumps. Her slicked back hair and silver jewelry completed the ensemble. Definite upgrade from her recent bra-top mishap!

While she looked amazing, there were some other fancy celebs in attendance too, like Harrison Ford, Ewan McGregor, Zoe Kazan, Lisa Bonet, Ben Lyons and Michael Kahn.

The pregnant supermodel wore a black figure-hugging Halston dress and Tom Ford jacket to Mario's exhibit, displaying his In Your Face and British Royal Portraits photography collection at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.

She looked lovely, as always, but Mario could NOT keep his eyes off of that baby bump of hers!

Way to be subtle! Ha!
