Hadyen Pain-in-the-Ass must have realized that being a firecrotch made people associate her with the disaster that is Lindsanity, so she took the equally STOOPID Ashlee Simpson route and premiered a considerably darker 'do at the Tommy Hilfiger show at NYC Fashion week last night!!

Maybe she thinks being brunette makes her look more 'mature!'

She also must have confused Chuck Bass for a middle-aged man, because she plopped herself right down next to him for the duration of the show!!

Sorry, honey, he's only 22!!

Remove yourself from his peen, you know dating someone your own age would be an absolute travesty!!!

We've been giving her a break lately…but probably only because she's been keeping her mouth shut!!!

Newly ginge Hayden Pain-in-the-Ass thinks her publicity stunt new look is relevant enough to warrant an explanation, so she babbled on to anyone who would listen at the premiere of Temple Grandin last night.

"I was tired of being a blonde and being… you get stuck in one thing and known for one thing and as a cheerleader or whatever that image."

"It's fun to change things up, and I feel I don't have to overcompensate as much personality-wise when I have red hair as I do with blonde hair."

"I'm typically a very fiery person anyway, but I just feel like cute and blonde and little is just so one category and one thing and changing my hair color, I feel like I don't have to overcompensate so much for the fact that I don't like being called cute or anything like that — especially being all 5-foot-2 of me."

Don't bite the hand that feeds it! If you weren't cast as the Cheerleader on Heroes, you'd still be making shiteous sequels to Bring It On!!!

Girlfriend also spoke up about her appetite for older men, which we think is much more interesting!

"It just happens to be the people that I'm drawn to, and you go, 'How old are you?' And then it's like 'Typical!' It's just a number and it's just on a birth certificate and whoever it may be, older, younger, blonde, brunette…."

Yeah…age is just a number, honey! Now that you're a 'fiery' red head, maybe you should go for Michael Lohan! He needs a new fire crotch in his life!

We're still not sure how we feel about this new look.

Earlier this week, Hayden Panettiere revealed a new hairdo as she was spotted out rocking her recently dyed red hair.

Yesterday she was seen on her way to a meeting looking adorable in her outfit and covering up with a red winter hat.

And aside from getting Lindsay Lohan and Asslee Simpson flashbacks while looking at her, Hayden does look much better as a redhead than those two ever did.

Though the question remains, should she go back to being a blonde?

Ya think she's got Daddy issues with boyfriends this age?

Hayden Panettiere, who LOVES the older men, is trying to keep her budding relationship with 33-year-old heavyweight boxer Wladimir Klitschko under wraps — unsuccessfully!

The actress had her assistant book a room at another hotel after she was spotted at the Setai in Miami with Wladimir to deter rumors that she was shacking up with the guy!

A source explains:

"It was quite clear she was with Wladimir, and they were at the Setai together. But she insisted on booking a room at a separate hotel so she could pretend she was staying elsewhere. The room was never used."

We bet HIS room was used by the looks of it!

Hayden is notorious for playing the "just friends" card to the public with both ex Milo Ventimiglia and actor Kevin Connolly.

By the look of those poolside pics they look like much more than pals!

Hayden Panettiere was getting very friendly with 33-year old Ukrainian heavyweight boxer, Wladimir Klitschk, while vacationing in Miami on Thursday.

She loves the older men and we're sure he loves whatever she's offering - and by the looks of it, EVERYTHING!

Among the attendees of Tuesday night's Lakers game at the Staples Center in El Lay were none other than happy-in-love couple Nicole Richie and Joel Madden taking a break from the kids for a court side date night!

We'll never tire of these two!

Heroes star Hayden Panettiere was hanging out at the Staples Center as well to see the Lakers beat the Golden State Warriors, but Pain-In-The-Ass looked like she was up to no good!

Oh, and Extra-ho, Mario Lopez was at Tuesday night's game too, showing off his… well…

Impressive "appetite"?

Hayden Panettiere will now be spending the HOlidays alone because she's reportedly got dumped by Jesse McCartney just to return to his criminal ex Katie Cassidy.

Who even knew these two were dating?

Oh that's right because they've been together for less than a month!

We're guessing McCartney's camp couldn't stand Pain-In-The-Ass either because they're absolutely thrilled Hayden's been kicked to the curb.

According to a source close to Jesse "Katie is on a strict schedule with Melrose Place and Jesse's people really want him to stay out of clubs and live more of an adult lifestyle. They think Katie will keep him on track."

But Katie's people are quick to deny that the two love birds, who dated from 2004-2007, are back together saying: "Katie and Jesse are the greatest of friends, but there is no truth to them being back together romantically."

That doesn't mean they aren't back together physically.
