She is the third calf for mama Elpunia and papa Carlos, and the babe is sticking extra close to mama.
But this fearless tiny tot took a bath on her first day of life!
There are fewer than 3000 pygmy hippos in the wild so this courage is definitely need for the species!
Awwww…baby steps, little one…baby steps!
Georgina, the baby pygmy hippo is causing a big splash when it comes to her zoo debut.
hungry hungry hippo is the second for mama Flora and papa Tapon, coming just 18 months after Georgina's big bro (and first pygmy hippo born in Europe), Sapo.
The pygmy hippo is considered "Threatened" and the newborn is a welcome addition for the species.
Now she cares about is staying afloat!!!

Solly was stuck in a pool for three days after he was chased off by his herd in South Africa.
The hippo became an instant celebrity, receiving his own Twitter account and everything.
Rescues tried to rescue Solly and sprayed water on him to keep him cool.
Unfortunately, they were too late…and he died during the attempt.
This hippo is just simply TOO FANTABULICIOUS!!!
A Nanuk hippo loves the water but we think this gorgeous diva loves the CAMERA even more.
Not shying away from the sparkle, the hippo looks FIERCE, swimming all around in Valencia, Spain.

Less than two months after his birth, Prince Harry, a pygmy hippo at the Cango Wildlife Park, has died.
Harry's mama rejected him at birth, so trainer Toni Inggs stepped up to the plate and tended to the calf around the clock.
The baby hippo died on the operating table after doctors tried to fix a hernia.
Named after Prince Harry of Wales, spokesperson Tammy Moult said the following about the charming hippo:
[Toni] is completely devastated.
The pint-sized 'jelly-baby', as Toni so lovingly referred to him, will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege of meeting him.
We're sad we won't get to meet him too!
