A garment factory in Bangladesh collapsed on Wednesday morning, killing almost 90 people, injuring hundreds of others, and many of the 2,000 people who reported to work that day are still trapped beneath the rubble!

The 8-story building, located in a suburb near the capital city of Dhaka, exhibited signs of damage on Tuesday when several cracks were discovered, but employees were still told to report to work on Wednesday.

In the new Inez & Vinoodh shots, the singer shows off her gorgeous caramel skin tone and ab-tastic bod in several seksi bikinis, including the tie-dyed one that will have a quarter of its sales benefit the WaterAid charity.

With a flower in her hair and gold bangles on her arm, Bey plays the role of the quintessential island girl to perfection.

The 20-year-old and her flawless skin hosted the launch of H&M's Conscious Exclusive Collection at the brand's store on the Sunset Strip last night.

Appropriately, Victoria wore a coquettish LBD from the line, which featured a sweetheart neckline and contrast ruffle detail at the waist, and added a pop of punchy color to the outfit via scarlet lips and manicure.

Strappy black sandals and her now-signature sleek blowout completed the ensem.

In addition to a slew of colorful ads, Bey will
