Spoooky! And also, completely silly!

Grey's Anatomy stars Justin Chambers, Sara Ramirez, and Kevin McKidd got their spook on by dressing up in their costumes for the Halloween Kick Off Party at the Bungalow Club in El Lay.

The cast got in the spirit of Hallow's Eve by dressing up as a ghost astronaut, seksi vampire nurse, and… a boy scout? LOLs!

Very cute, guys. You all look fantastic!

We're not sure what is more embarrassing: the wig Katharine Heigl is forced to wear as a recovering cancer patient or the girlish scream escaping the lips of Justin Chambers when he finds a furry friend occupying his personal space.

At Thursday night's premiere of The Ugly Truth, several Grey's Anatomy players came out to support Katherine Heigl's new flick, including Justin Chambers and Kate Walsh.

Justin was excited about the Emmy nods for co-stars Sandra Oh and Chandra Wilson, but also admitted that "a piece of the puzzle is missing" without pal T.R. Knight around the set.

The gay actor left the show to pursue multiple opportunities in the theater world.

Also notably missing George O'Malley was bestie Katherine, who added how different the show will be for her now: "It's really hard actually. For me, he was such a source of friendship and support, and love and laughter. It doesn't feel the same."

We'll see how long Katherine will fair on the show without her BFF. Our guess: not long.

Still crazy????

Justin Chambers might be thinking of heading back to the UCLA psych ward for more professional "treatment" after displaying some weird and disturbing behavior at a bar in ritzy Palm Springs, CA, recently.

Eyewitnesses tell Star magazine that the Grey's Anatomy star drifted in and out of consciousness, rambled incoherently, annoyed patrons and even hit on a waitress! Yeah, he's married! AND he's got a car-full of kids!

"He was acting as if he was on drugs, like some kind of downers. His eyes were glazed over. He slurred his words and staggered when he tried to walk," the mag reports. "At one point, he was hunched over a table, then abruptly woke up and shouted out of the blue, 'I am a father of five kids! I am a damn good father! Leave me alone!' It was really unsettling."

It gets crazier!

Justin, who was without his wife Keisha, began hitting on a waitress. When she showed no interest, he slapped money out of her hand.

"As she picked it up off the floor, he said, 'That's right, bitch, that's where you belong. Pick up the money!'"

Get yourself more help, Justin! Seems like you need it! Badly!

Relaxing!

Justin Chambers takes a snooze poolside at the Two Bunch Palms Resort in Desert Hot Springs, California, on Wednesday.

The Grey's Anatomy hottie checked in to the UCLA psych ward last month for "sleep issues."

At the Two Bunch Palms, Justin can luxuriate at the resort's spa, get a massage, bath in the natural hot springs or stage photo ops with his favorite paparazzi.

Whatever he wants!
