She’s fully back and ready for action.
And by action, we mean supporting the athletes of SportsAid!
Kate Middleton has been the patron
saint of the organization since April, but October 18th will be the first time she’s officially visiting, and it's for an athlete workshop!
The new mom will watch the young athletes play wheelchair basketball, volleyball, fencing, badminton and soccer that has been adapted for people with cerebral palsy.
In addition to all of that, former Olympians and Paralympians Ade Adepitan, Katherine Grainger, and Karen Pickering will be talking to the athletes and guiding them.
Heck, even just having Kate there should inspire the group too!

Kate Middleton is planning on delivering the future king or queen at The Lindo Wing of St. Mary's Hospital in London, and from what we're hearing they have a VERY impressive menu!
The hospital offers plenty of treats in case the duchess gets hungry, and she can choose from a selection of soups, sandwiches, salads, and plenty of other goodies off of the hospital's Light Bite Menu!
But if Kate is hungry for more, they offer 3-course meals!
