Well, if she's gonna turn to anyone, we totally expect it to be the "consciously uncoupling" star!
Because, DUH! Who better to understand Beyoncé's pain than the Goop author?!
She’s fully back and ready for action.
And by action, we mean supporting the athletes of SportsAid!
Kate Middleton has been the patron
saint of the organization since April, but October 18th will be the first time she’s officially visiting, and it's for an athlete workshop!
The new mom will watch the young athletes play wheelchair basketball, volleyball, fencing, badminton and soccer that has been adapted for people with cerebral palsy.
In addition to all of that, former Olympians and Paralympians Ade Adepitan, Katherine Grainger, and Karen Pickering will be talking to the athletes and guiding them.
Heck, even just having Kate there should inspire the group too!
We’re glad to see the Duchess back on her royal rounds because we love seeing that pretty face!

And who better to dish on the royal baby than Richard Simmons?!
Some people will just never get it!
We live in a society where people put lots of pressure on how women look, which is why it was so empowering that just one day after giving birth, Kate Middleton stepped out of St. Mary’s Hospital with a proud post-baby bump.
She didn’t try to hide it under a flouncy dress, but embraced it!
Well, on this same day, OK! Magazine published a cover boasting an exclusive interview with her trainer who said, “She’s super-fit — her stomach will shrink right back.”
Royal donuts? DON'T MIND IF WE DO!
Any reason to have a donut is a great reason, so we're glad that Dunkin' Donuts realizes that… and has created a Royal Munchkin donut in special honor of the new royal munchkin!
The company tweeted the following congratulatory message along with their YUMMY pic (above):
The hospital offers plenty of treats in case the duchess gets hungry, and she can choose from a selection of soups, sandwiches, salads, and plenty of other goodies off of the hospital's Light Bite Menu!
But if Kate is hungry for more, they offer 3-course meals!
