Kylie Minogue wants a family eventually, just not right now.

Dannii Minogue made headlines last week when she announced that she was splitting from long time Boyfriend, Kris Smith.

We have just learned that the split might not have happened, if the X Factor judge's older sister, Kylie Minogue, hadn't encouraged Dannii to make the break!

A source close to Dannii reveals that:

Kylie Minogue's battle with breast cancer may have cost her the dream of becoming a mother — but there is still hope on the horizon!

The 42-year-old singer, who is in a longterm relationship with Spanish model Andres Velencoso, admits she would consider using a donor egg to have a baby.

Obvi, Kylie really wants to be a mother. She says she's open to trying any method that would work:

Kylie Minogue made a very special trip, visiting the PS22 Chorus to spend some quality time with the kids AND sing her hit song Can't Get You Out Of My Head with them!

Being a longtime fan of the kids, she was very, very excited to finally get a chance to sing with them.

And wow, she sounds AMAZING!!! So.Very.Cool.

She "hates it!"

For some reason people just love asking Kylie Minogue when she plans on starting a family. Not surprisingly, the 42-year-old Aussie queen of pop isn't a big fan of the subject.

In a recent interview Kylie said:

"I hate the question, 'So, are you going to have children?' But amazingly I have never had it from my mum or dad. They never put pressure on any of us. For a while it looked as if it would never happen for us all and then boom, boom, boom. The only answer I have is, 'If it happens for me, beautiful'.

I'll have to wait and see. I love children and I love the thought of having a family. And Andres is really good with kids."

As much as we would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see little Kylies running dancing around, we totes get it. The woman has conquered the pop scene on several continents and is constantly touring! She's busy!!

Plus, it's not like Kylie has a childless life. Minogue is an aunt 3 times over!! Her little sis Dannii welcomed her first child, Ethan, last year, and her brother, Brendan, has two sons, Charlie, 5, and James, 2.

When is comes to Kylie's personal life, we respect her decision.
