Attention Upper East Siders! Gossip Girl is almost back!

Check out the latest promo from the CW series, which appears to be hinting at the return of one of favorite character couplings ever - why, Dan and Blair, of course (above)!

Obviously, though, Chuck Bass is NOT going to be pleased with that little development!

We have high hopes for this year, so here's the writers don't disappoint!

Last night, Drew Barrymore left Playhouse (yep, the club all The Hills kids went to) with THIS mystery man, hand-in-hand!

Innnnteresting.

Meanwhile, we're still wondering if she and Justin Long will end up happily ever after. Sorry, Leighton!

If you've been keeping up, then you're well aware of the drama Constance Meester has been laying down on her daughter.

To recap, Leighton used to give her mother $7,500 a month to help her pay for Leighton's brother's medical bills. But then her mother claimed Leighton agreed to pay $10,000 a month but failed to pay up.

So Leighton went to the courts to have a judge declare the claims untrue. But what does Constance do? She fires back with a lawsuit of her own.

And the whole thing has just become messy! It's worse than a feud between Blair and Georgina and THAT's saying something!

But Leighton and her legal team are just sick of it. Apparently one of them was just like, wait, why the hell is this even a real thing? So they have asked the judge to basically tear Constance's suit up since it's over a "a non-existent management agreement," "an alleged support agreement" and "an alleged settlement agreement."

According to Team L, just because Leighton Meester gave money generously doesn't mean she was ever obliged to keep giving. They're also insisting the idea of a verbal legal contract is just ridiculous. They're all like, really C? Really?

Oh, by the way, did we mention that Leighton was born during a time when her mother was convicted for being a part of an illegal drug ring? Yeah… her mom is SOO dramatic.

L, we hope that judge snap snaps all over yo mama's ass!

The young actor landed a sweet role on the new ABC show, Revenge, and juggling the two just isn't an option.
