Perv alert!

The Miami Herald reports that hospital worker Pedro Gonzales surrendered to Miami police on Wednesday after police say he performed oral sex on a male patient who was just waking up from anesthesia following surgery.

Sounds like something out of some bad '80s porno!

The alleged sexual assault victim was a patient at Miami's Mount Sinai Hospital. Gonzalez attended to the victim after surgery and wheeled him from a recovery room to a standard room and helped him onto the bed.

According to a police report, ”He began to perform oral sex” on the patient, who pushed him away. The patient later told detectives that even though he was coming off the effects of the anesthesia, he can ID [the suspect] and was aware of the act.”

The police report said Gonzalez came back to the room twice to ”check on” him.

After a nurse ignored his complaint, the patient called Miami Beach police.

Way to go Jose, making Miami proud!

Alex Phillips, a a 17 year-old Wisconsin teenager, has been arrested on felony charges of child pornography. He also faces charges of defamation and sexual exploitation of a child.

Phillips posted naked photos of his ex-girlfriend on his MySpace account.

Ouch!

When contacted by by police about the two cell phone camera images of his 16 year-old ex, Phillips refused to take them down.

Dumbass!

When he was threatened with facing jail time for displaying naked photos of an underage girl, he responded with, "Fuck that, I am keeping them up."

Ok, now he really is a dumbass!

Apparently, Phillips posted the photos some time last week to "vent."

Turns out the pics were taken by his ex-girlfriend, a Vanessa Hudgens fan apparently, who then gave them to Phillips.

As for the photo captions, Phillips added below the photos, "Yo, U see how big her hole is! Its from me!"

Both sets of parents must be proud!

What a Crazy Face!

Robert Francis, a 31 year old homeless man with a Colgate smile from St. Louis, has been charged with first-degree murder.

Francis was charged Monday with the murder of his cell mate over the weekend, by strangling him to death.

The victim was dead upon arrival at a St Louis hospital.

Both Francis and the victim were arrested on Friday and waiting for their court appearances on Monday.

According to the city's Public Safety Director, Charles Bryson, it is often routine for two inmates to share a cell.

Bryson said, "I don't know if the person snapped, or if there had been an escalation throughout the day." There was no apparent knowledge of any history between Francis and the victim.

"I don't want any death on my watch. Frankly, it's disturbing," adds Bryson.

Attorney John Wallach added, "What we've been hearing is that the justice center is not a safe place. Whether people have to spend hours in there or weeks, the level of support and care, even for people who are in for minor matters, is abysmal."

R.I.P. dude.

That homeless fella needs some serious psychiatric help.
