Pennsylvania's ZooAmerica North American Wildlife Park got a special treat when three GORGEOUS burrowing owlets hatched at the end of May.
The eggs came from the National Zoo in D.C. and ZooAmerica staffers hand-reared the darling babes.
The zoo hopes to introduce two of the owls to the Southwest while one stays behind to become a part of the zoo's education programs.
Burrowing owls live in nests on the ground and they are active during the day, making unique within the owl family.
Welcome to the world, you three cuties!

So sad to think that so many living things have endured such mistreatment and neglect all at the expense of a fad!
Due to the success of the Harry Potter book series and subsequent film adaptations, many sought out their own pet owls just like the young wizard had, but now that the final movie has been released, hundreds of the birds - which can live up to 20 years - have been abandoned all over England!

When it comes to being prey in the animal kingdom, rats only seem to survive due to sheer numbers.
Whether it's a barn owl swooping in on a baby or a snake sneaking into their lair, rats seem to be an easy meal.
Check out the above video to see why it's so hard to be a rat.
Poor ratties… they may be gross to some people but (the ones that aren't disease riddled) are pretty cute if you ask us.
