It's official!

After a three and a half year marriage, Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson are now split, as a judge formally terminated the union on November 22nd!

It's still unclear how the pair ultimately settled their custody disagreement, as Pete wanted joint and Ashlee wanted primary, as well as the division of their assets, as all of these matters were settled privately!

Fine with us! So long as they were settled!

Hopefully now they can put all of this stuff behind them and focus all of their energy on little Bronx!

After filming a PSA (above) with Susan Sarandon, Rebecca Romijn, Pete Wentz, etc., the girl who just wants to have fun just wanted to address something very serious!

And did she!!! Cyndi Lauper nearly wrote an essay on the importance of loving youth as they are while addressing some pretty horrendous statistics.

Pete Wentz and his new girlfriend, Meagan Camper, just got back from a hot mini vaca in Vegas!

While they were at the Hard Rock Hotel, they dined at the newly opened 35 Steaks + Martinis where Pete ordered the Spicy Tuna and asparagus. Meagan? She kept it light with a caesar salad.

After dinner, they went up to Vanity Nightclub where they danced until the wee hours of the night!

Oooh, good for you Pete! This girl looks very laid back too. Right up your alley!!!

Hanging out with an old GF, late night partying…it looks like Pete Wentz is back to his single self again.

The rocker is embracing his new-found freedom as he was seen partying into the wee hours of the morning with his band The Black Cards while out in NYC.

"Without Ashlee around, he’s back to focusing on his own projects and finally letting loose. This is his coming out party — and he wants everyone to see he’s better than ever," an insider says.

Just this past Thursday night he was spotted at Lucky Strike Lanes behind the turntables as the night's DJ and even rocked out throughout the night, lifting his shirt to show off his abs.

You just do you, Pete. Just make sure you're new bachelor lifestyle isn't getting in the way of quality time with your little boo, Bronx!
