It's apparently going for a cool $1.7 million.

Not too bad for an LA hills home.

He should've kept it!

John Mayer and Pete Wentz have expressed their mutual mancrushes on each other through their blogs, and now they're taking their relationship up a notch.

The sensitive rockers, who have both made out with boys in the past, met up for a romantical lunch at Magnolia in Hollywood on Tuesday.

Pete Wentz is talking about Travis McCoy's arrest for assault.

The Fall Out Boy bassist just posted the following on his blog:

Try not to groan too loudly!

Daddy-to-be Pete Wentz will be making an appearance on the David Duchovny show Californiacation in September, according to reports.

Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately), Petey won't be showing off any real acting chops.

Insiders report he'll be playing himself!

Duchovny's character, the troubled writer Hank, will see Pete at a pool party hanging out with the show's resident teen, Mia. Pete will tell Hank how much he enjoyed his book.

Definitely not Emmy material!

Pete Wentz has returned home!

The Fall Out Boy bassist is in town for the opening this week of his new bar/lounge, Angels & Kings, which Perez is a partner in.

Monday night (above), the dad-to-be and his new wife, Asslee Simpson-Wentz, caught dinner at Gino's East.

If you live in Chicago or are visiting soon, be sure to check out Angels & Kings! We couldn't make it for the opening, but we can't wait to go and celebrate there real soon!
