He effed up, again?!

Rapper Pitbull is being sued by an Australian promoter for failing to abide by their agreed contract. You know, the one where he said he would show up for a tour in 2008, and then didn't?

Suave Promotions released the following statement:

"It is with great regret that Suave Productions and Don Juan Entertainment announce that Armando Christian Perez aka Mr 305, Pitbull is being sued for the failed Australian Tour in December 2008.

Referring to Mr 305 when discussing a lawsuit brings the LOLs!

Suave representative, Jamie Hernandez continued:

“It’s unfortunate that it had to come to this. I am a huge Pitbull fan. I’ve always been the first person in Perth to play his music, but justice must be done. He can say whatever he wants about why he did not get on the plane but we would rather leave it up to the courts to decide who failed to fulfil their end of the contract.

We did everything we could to make him happy, sometimes even going that extra mile in order to meet his demands. But yet he still refused to get on the plane. Not only that, he also failed to notify that he wasn’t coming & also kept half the money for doing nothing at all”.

What a dick!

We're surprised Pitbull and Lil' Wayne aren't BFFs!

Congrats are in order for rapper Pitbull. The Miami native was just honored yesterday with a key to the city!

They still do that? Que cute!

And the Cuban-American, whose real name is Armando Perez, is really grateful.

Pitbull says about receiving the key, "I can't help but keep staring at it, because it's something I've worked so hard for. I'm very passionate about Miami."

Miami Commissioner Thomas Regalado, who presented the key to Pitbull, says "Pitbull not only lives in Miami, but he's been traveling the country and the world sharing a positive message of Miami. So, we should honor not only the dignitaries that visit, but those individuals who make a positive impact on the city."

Well, positive image minus the punching someone in the face during a concert incident. Oh, and those drunk driving allegations.

But everyone makes mistakes, and apparently MIA is cool with that.

Pitbull adds, "Miami has built my character, and it has taught me a lot about life and helped me in my career," he said, wearing a three-piece gray suit.

Congrats!

P.S. We're really not feeling the pencil-thin mustache, papi.

Celebrities, they're just like us not like us at all!

Back in 2007, rapper Pitbull was pulled over by the popo in our hometown of Miami for driving 93 mph in a 55 mph zone!!!

Once pulled over, Pitbull, aka Armando Perez, told the cop, "”This is a big waste of your time papo."

Too bad he failed all of the sobriety tests and police could smell booze on his breath!

Anyway, the issue finally went to court in a Miami-Dade courtroom this past week and the jury found Pitbull not guilty of driving under the influence!!!!!

Um, what????

Did Pitbull's BS "I was targeted because I am a celebrity" excuse actually fly with jurors???

Or was it the fact that a breathalyzer test wasn't administered?

Either way, Mr. 305 better not fuck up again!!

If this video has taught us anything, it's to not fuck with Pitbull while he's performing!

A man started throwing money at the rapper during his performance in Aspen, Colorado, on April 30th, but the I Know You Want Me star was not having any of that shiz!

Pitbull pulled the fan up on stage (0:50) and socked him dead in the face!!!

Like a true performer, the rapper picked up right where he left off and the fan was dragged off the stage.

Police were not called to the scene and the rest of the concert went on as intended.

Insane!
