Stars React To Their Movies Getting The Oscar Snub Treatment — See What They Had To Say!

Where's the love?!

Every year when the Oscar nominations are announced, there are some actors or actresses and films that don't get the love they deserve. This year proved no different when the nominees were announced yesterday morning

While we had out own list of snubs, some Hollywood stars have come forward and voiced their opinions that their movies deserved more love than they got from The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

Despite being nominated, both Michael Fassbender and Jennifer Jason Leigh came forward to express their shock and share their thoughts on their flicks not being being recognized in more categories!

Fassbender revealed in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that he felt the screenwriter of Steve Jobs, Aaron Sorkin, — who won the Golden Globes for Best Screenplay — deserved to be recognized. The X-Men actor said of his writer:

Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, & More Stars React To Their Oscar Nominations!

It's an honor just to be nominated!

That might be something stars say to themselves at risk of not winning an award, but those words rang true for the talented artists nominated for the 2016 Oscars!

Shortly after Thursday morning's announcement gave an interesting mix of first time actors and Academy veterans, stars released statements expressing their honor and gratitude!

A-listers like Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Jason Leigh were quick to thank the directors of their respective films, while Brie Larson admitted she was so overcome with joy after getting nominated she was "shaking!"

Quentin Tarantino Thinks The Hateful Eight Is His 'Best Script' EVER — Which Is YOUR Favorite??

Could it be his BEST?!

Despite The Hateful Eight not winning the Golden Globe for Best Original Screenplay this year, Quentin Tarantino thinks VERY highly of the film — and actually believes that it could be his best screenplay yet.

While attending Sydney's premiere last night, Daily Mail Australia caught up with the writer/director and asked him about his thoughts on the story. The 52-year-old gushed:

"I think it's my best script. I actually can see in twenty years this being considered in my top four."

Tarantino went on to admit:

"I'm not the one to ask, especially with the film being so brand new and fresh for me."

While the 88th Academy Award nominations don't come out until tomorrow, the director's statements are pretty bold as he's already received Oscars for Best Original Screenplay for both Pulp Fiction as well as Django Unchained.

Well this would be interesting!

Last night, Quentin Tarantino was extremely enthusiastic when he accepted Ennio Morricone's Golden Globe for Best Original Score for the composer's work on The Hateful Eight!

While the Quentin's latest film has received a lot of praise, the director is already thinking ahead to future possibilities for his western.

After last night's ceremony, the 52-year-old revealed to The Wrap that he's looking to adapt his most recent film for the stage. He explained:
