The Chihuahua is Still #1!

Arriba! Arriba!

For the second week in a row, Beverly Hills Chihuahua was the #1 movie at the U.S. box office.

Disney's cute doggies brought in another $17.5 million. Its 10-day total is at $52 million!

Hot dog!

During these crappy times, guess there's nothing like an adorable Disney movie to make you feel warm and fuzzy for a few hours.

Newcomer thriller flick Quarantine nabbed the #2 spot with $14.2 million in ticket sales.

And, to round out the top three, Leo DiCaprio and Russell Crowe's CIA drama Body of Lies debuted to a less than impressive $13.1 million.

Why didn't these big boys draw in bigger crowds?

Well, a suit said, "Body of Lies may have dealt with too sober a topic after all the disastrous financial news."

Is that a good enough answer?

P.S. We saw Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist on Saturday and LOVED it.

It's the Say Anything for a new generation!

We heart Michael Cera!

Gimmicks are necessary sometimes!

Aussie thesp Russell Crowe is set to play the role of Robin Hood AND the evil Sheriff of Nottingham in another film adaption of the famous Robin Hood tale.

Trying hard much?

And, in the 'demure' Maid Marian role will be Sluttyienna Miller.

Demure indeed!

What are the desperado producers going to come up with next for some attention?

We expect lots of gratuitous sexy scenes if Slutty's on board!

Joan Rivers Kicked Off TV Show!

Joan Rivers stunned TV audiences in Britain on Tuesday when she appeared on U.K. chat show Loose Women, think The View across the pond.

Well, the plastic surgery-loving comedienne dropped a few curse words when talking about Russell Crowe and everyone got their panties in a bunch.

Joan warned the show, "get ready to bleep," but the show is broadcast live.

The co-hosts immediately apologized for Rivers' little outburst and during the commercial break she was asked to leave the set and not invited to come back for her final segment.

A spokesperson for the show says, "Guests are always briefed that it is a live daytime show and are reminded not to swear or use inappropriate language. An editorial decision was taken that Joan Rivers should not appear in the final part of the programme. We would like to apologise to Loose Women viewers for the inappropriate language used on today's show."

Rivers, for her part, finds it all quite funny.

"I said: 'I apologise.' Everyone apologised. It was hilariously funny," she says.

Joan adds that this was the first time she had been removed from a TV show in 40 years and she was "thrilled".
