Is someone a little self self-conscious about their male pattern balding?

Country singer Tim McGraw traded in his usual cowboy hat for a pageboy head cover on Tuesday while attending the premiere of his new film, The Blind Side, where he plays Sandra Bullock's husband.

We get it Tim, you're bald. You don't always have to cover it up! Embrace your baldness!

But we must say, they did find you with a lovely hair piece for the movie.

Sandra Bullock and husband Jesse James have been taking care of James' 5-year-old daughter Sunny from his previous marriage to porn star Janine Lindemulder.

Lindemulder has just been released from prison after serving six months for tax evasion, but now she's looking to regain custody of little Sunny.

Sounds like quite an unstable environment for a child!

Lindemulder is currently living in a halfway house until the end of the year - at which time she can pursue custody of her daughter. In preparation for this, dad Jesse has already asked a judge to rule on whether or not Lindemulder is fit to raise their child.

He explains in an official court statement:

“Good cause exists for the court to conduct a review to determine if [the girl] will be safe with [Lindemulder]. She should be restrained from allowing the child around pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments.”

James left Lindemulder back in 2002 for Sandra when his wife was 7 months pregnant with their daughter. Lindemulder is blaming the stress of that situation on her inability to pay her taxes.

No doubt it was stressful, but you can't avoid the IRS! Janine now owes nearly $300,000 in taxes!

In all likelihood it will come down to their respective incomes and James undoubtedly wins that battle with his motorcycle empire - not to mention he's married to one of the highest-paid actresses in Hollywood!

Good luck, Janine, but we don't see this one swinging in your favor.

Since when does Julia Roberts get turned down for roles?

Since…Now!

Originally, it was Julia Roberts that Disney wanted for the flick The Proposal. However, Julia refused to lower her salary, so the studio was forced to let her go in favor of another star, Sandra Bullock, according to Us Weekly.

It's a tough break for Julia, considering we can't remember the last good movie she was in and The Proposal raked in a whooping $151 million at the box office!

Perhaps it's time to lower your prices Julia, otherwise more people are gonna stop buying what you're selling! Think about it!

….Of the box office!

Sandra Bullock's latest flick, The Proposal, has claimed the number one spot at the U.S. Box Office this weekend.

The flick brought in over $34 million, beating the second place spot holder, The Hangover, which brought in about $27 million.

And good news for Bullock, this flick also marks her biggest opening ever!

Disney's motion-picture group president, Mark Zoradi, reveals "I think the market was ready for a really fun, broad romantic comedy."

Guess that's true, as Disney's animated flick Up came in third followed by a forth place spot with the debut of Jack Black's Year One.

The question now becomes, which movie was better… The Proposal or The Hangover.

Paula Abdul isn't the only one who's surrounded by stalkers lately.

Sandra Bullock has one of her own. But, thankfully, the woman has just pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of stalking Bullock.

So now 47 year-old Marcia Valentine has been placed on three years of probation. Her felony charge of assault with a deadly weapon was dropped after she entered her guilty plead last week.

As for Sandra, she originally obtained a restraining order back in May 2007 that prohibited Marcia from contacting her or coming near her and her family for three years.

And Bullock even testified in court against her.

According to Bullock, the crazy stalker left on her yard palm fronds adorned with "weird signs" and "pieces of animal fur" at least on five different occasions.

Bullock added that Valentine screamed obscenities at her and on two occasions tried to run over Sandra's hubby.

Luckily he wasn't hurt and Marcia was arrested the next day.

Let's hope this crazy lady stays away from Bullock and her family, forever!

Looks like Anne Hathaway isn't the only celeb who dates losers.

Apparently some celebs marry men prone to legal problems.

Such as Sandra Bullock did.

Turns out Mr. Bullock, Jesse James, is being sued for pulling out of a clothing deal last minute and taking the clothing line idea with him.

James was in a deal with Fortune Fashion Industries LLC which was responsible for creating a collaborative line of clothing named America's Brand which would be sold through Wal-Mart.

A lawsuit filed yesterday in Los Angeles Superior Court by the heads of Fortune Fashion claims that James pulled out of their deal to then rename the clothing line and launch it with Wal-Mart.

Shady, shady.

Even more, the company says James loured away one of their key employees to work on his newly named clothes line, Jesse James Industrial Workwear.

In addition, they've accused him of of several things including breach of fiduciary duty.

The company is seeking damages "equal to 50 per cent of James' or his related entities' past and future net profit" from his new Wal-Mart deal.

Wonder if he's got enough money to pay his legal fees.

Or will Bullock need to pitch in with some money?

Sandra Bullock and her husband, Jesse James, were involved in a head-on collision in Gloucester, Mass, on Friday night.

The pair were hit by a drunk driver!

Thankfully, Sandy and her hubby were not seriously injured.

Bullock is in the area shooting the romantic-comedy The Proposal with Ryan Reynolds.

The alleged drunk driver was Lucile Gathcell, 64 years old.

Seniors should defintely not be drinking and driving. It might react badly with all their meds!
