The rental house D4vd was staying in when he was arrested was Sandra Bullock‘s old place!
The four bedroom house in the Hollywood Hills used to be where the actress lived from 2001 until she eventually sold it in 2018 for $2.9 million. Of course, she had many other properties including this one, but the 1942 bungalow she purchased for $1.49 million in the early ’00s was an iconic place for her.

It’s not clear how long D4vd had been staying at the house, but the rent was a whopping $17,500 per month as of September 2025. The Zillow listing was taken down last month for unknown reasons. As you know, the singer was arrested on suspicion of murdering 14-year-old Celeste Rivas.
The house is also situated amid a bunch of A-listers! Jimmy Kimmel even lives right down the street!
