Not even 24 hours after multiple sources confirm that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting their fourth child via surrogate, Mrs. West is making headlines for something else related to tummies.

Fans came for Kimmy’s neck, after she used her platform to promote Flat Tummy Co. shakes again. Check out the hashtag #ad she posted on Instagram below:

The comments section is pretty much flooded with disdain for Kim’s support for the meal replacement — especially since she’s already filthy rich (those ads reportedly worth a solid $200K check), already super toned and the weight-loss product is basically a glorified laxative that may or may not be pretty harmful to your insides.
Body-positive British actress and activist Jameela Jamil is not one to shy away from calling out celebs for their promotion of products like these, that she’s consistently denounced as “gross” and “damaging.”
Right on cue after North West‘s momma posted her selfie, Jamil retweeted her own video from last year, spoofing the celebrity sponsored ads while throwing blatant shade on Twitter (below):
