While the economy hasn’t improved much lately, it seems the same applies to customer service.
A new survey shows that most Americans are unhappy with the service they receive from some of the largest retailers out there.
About 67% have reported they hang up on a call before even getting their problem addressed while 64% walk out of the store due to bad customer service.
As for the biggest issues people deal with, it's not being able to reach a person on the phone and dealing with rude salespeople.
One company who doesn’t have to worry too much about negative reviews is Apple Inc who was rated to have the most knowledgeable staff and offered good tech support over the phone.
Wal-Mart Stores Inc, along with Sam’s Club, were among the worst when it came to buying items and had the least capable associates.
For the frequent fliers out there, Southwest Airlines Co came in as having the best staff on its planes (doesn’t it seem like they’re always throwing out corny jokes on the speaker?) while the worst was US Airways.
Who do U think is the best/worst when it comes to customer service?
