Paul Forziano and Hava Samuels just want to be treated like every other married couple!

The newlyweds recently tied the knot after several years of dating, but they are currently being denied their right to live together due to their mental disabilities. Now, the two are in the middle of a legal battle in hopes of one day being able to live under same roof as husband and wife.

The couple is forced to got to their respective New York group homes at the end of each day, and Paul says it isn’t easy saying goodbye to Hava every night:

The world has pretty much collectively agreed that it's a straight-up MIRACLE that Lindsay Lohan made it safely into the Betty Ford Center to begin her 90-day sentence in lockdown rehab before a warrant for her arrest was issued, and apparently, the judge handling her probation violation case, Jim Dabney, agrees!

So much so, in fact, that he told the woman who made it all possible, Shawn Chapman Holley, that she single-handedly SAVED her client from certain jail time!

As we all know, it was looking pretty grim for the troubled starlet when she ran away from the unlicensed-for-treatment Morningside Recovery facility the morning she was due to begin her stay, all while her lawyer at the time, Mark Heller, was in the courtroom lying through his teeth about how "ensconced" she was "in the bosom" of the facility! Luckily, LiLo was smart enough to call the attorney she fired and beg her to be taken back on as a client, which led to her making it back into Betty Ford and in compliance with the court by the skin of her teeth!

According to new reports, Judge Dabney was so impressed with Holley's quick maneuvering that he told her this morning:

We don't know how she managed to yet again slither her way out of trouble, but despite all of the odds stacked against her, Lindsay Lohan made it to the court-approved Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage Thursday night!

As we've reported, the troubled starlet went through a pretty harrowing 24 hours, after she walked out on the unlicensed Morningside Recovery after two minutes that same morning, then fired attorney Mark Heller in lieu of the incredibly loyal and patient Shawn Chapman Holley!

But right before a warrant could be issued for her arrest, she was safely and securely

Earlier today, Genevieve Sabourin rejected a plea offer after she was accused of following the married 30 Rock actor to his home and sending him multiple emails.

The deal would have let the canadian actress walk away with no jail time and would have left her criminal record blemish free. However, she called the offer "offensive" as the trials have already forced her to spend all of her retirement money and has even left her homeless!

Now Genevieve is looking to face Alec in court later this month and hopes that an acquittal will help get her life back on track!

It seems Linday Lohan isn’t the only one getting herself in trouble.

In spite of witness tampering allegations, Southern California law enforcement will be taking “no action” against LiLo’s New York-based attorney Mark Heller.

The allegations claimed that “Mark Heller asked Lohan’s former assistant, Gavin Doyle, to change his testimony at her lying to cops trial,” — testimony that would state Gavin as the cause of the car accident he and Lindsay were in last year. Uhh, a bit desperate illegal, Mark, no??
