These people are making the Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook divorce scandal seem tame!!!

Usher's attorney objected right away, but not without a little dose of celebrity divorce drama!!!

The episode trial is in currently in recess, but will be back in session in July.

Melissa didn't become confident in her appearance from scenes in Bridesmaids or staring in her hit sitcom Mike and Molly.

She says that being a mom to Vivian (4), and Georgette (1½) has helped her forget about the shallow stuff.

"The stupid stuff like what I wear or how I look I can't control, so I just try not to give too much energy to it. At 20, I would have been like: 'Don't they like me? Was it my hair?' At 41, I think the things that define me, I hope, are a lot more than those kinds of petty things." 



said Melissa, who says her body a is work in progress after giving birth to her youngest daughter.

This momma has a TON to be confident about now!

The funny girl co-wrote her latest flick with Bridesmaids witer Annie Mumolo, which she will also be staring in; costarring with Jason Bateman in a movie comedy (still in the talking stage); and appearing in Judd Apatow's as-yet-untitled Knocked Up spin-off. Oh yeah, she also has an Emmy!!
