Seeing that there's food around, the big bad buffalo decides this goat has got to go!

Poor little goat…he was innocent!

This is so cute!

A deer has taken over the task of guarding a nesting goose in a cemetery after realizing she had lost her male mate somewhere in life.

Geese mate for life, so once their male or female counterpart passes on, they spend the rest of their lives alone. Luckily, this mother goose has found a unique defender!

The groundsman charged with watching over the cemetary in Buffalo, New York found the animal's relationship to be very unusual and says he's never seen anything like this.

When he approached the urn, in which the goose has nested in, the deer put itself between the man and the mother goose!

Truly incredible! However, this isn't the first interspecies friendship we've ever reported.

A goose and bull in New Zealand celebrated their 10th anniversary as BFF's this year, while a dog and dolphin in Ireland have been swimming partners since 2006!

Take a look at this pet buffalo riding in the passenger seat of his owner's car!!

The 1600 lb. bison not only loves taking car rides in a convertible, but also hangs out at the local watering hole, drinking beers and hitting the dance floor.

Yeah! Really!

Jim Saunter of Edmonton, Canada has been dubbed the "Buffalo Whisperer" after he adopted the orphaned calf, bottle-fed him, and trained him to become man's best friend.

Aww, too adorbs! This is something we thought we'd never EVER see!

Imagine the shock of finding a buffalo inside your swimming pool!

That’s what happened to a White County, Georgia resident after finding out a neighbor’s pet buffalo had made its way into his dirty pool for a dip.

Who even keeps a buffalo as a pet? Well one neighbor did, in fact, they had three pet buffalos, all of which escaped.

But there’s a sad twist to this story.

While the two other buffalo were captured, the owners decided to put down the one which got into the pool. Apparently, this wasn’t the first time they’ve escaped.

But so sad!

Why put down the buffalo instead of just securing its living area outside so it didn't continue to escape?
