After investigating the case of The Biebz Vs His Neighbz — the one where Justin is accused of spitting in his neighbor's face after the dude confronted Biebs about his reckless speeding — the LA County Sheriff's Dept. sent the file to the D.A. on Tuesday, reportedly urging them to charge the little prince with b-b-battery!!

Law enforcement sources have revealed that cops really don't think he deserves jail, but he definitely deserves a good ol' fashioned ass-whooping in the metaphorical form of counseling.

The marijuana charges the rapper was facing stemmed from a case where he was pulled over for speeding.

After being suspected of smelling a leeettle bit like the wacky weed, he was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a massive joint marijuana paraphernalia.

He didn’t fold easily as he fought the charges and ended up being found not guilty!

After a ridic and horrible topless photo scandal, Kate is finally moving forward with getting some justice against those involved!

Both the publisher of Closer and a female photographer with La Provence have been charged with “invasion of privacy.”

Boom!

And what an invasion it was as Kate was photographed topless while relaxing at a private residence with her hubby, Prince William.

The lawsuit was filed pretty soon after the scandal occurred, and now it looks like Kate might be able to get some peace of mind.

It's been a week since the horrific bombings at the Boston Marathon and it looks like we might be one step closer to getting some answers.

19 year-old suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is reportedly awake at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center where he is being treated and is now able to respond to questions. However, due to what are believed to be self-inflicted gun wounds to his neck, he is only able to answer through writing.

Investigators are currently trying to figure out whether the bombings were part of a larger plot and if he and his now deceased brother Tamerlan were acting alone.

Authorities have already found that the brothers had made at least 5 pipe bombs and possessed multiple firearms, leading them to believe that they were planning on striking again in the near future.

Sadly, it seems that Clint Eastwood is indeed the latest victim of the ever-increasing "swatting" pranks, which, as we've reported, involve prank 911 calls alleging that celebrities like Justin Bieber, Tom Cruise and Miley Cyrus are being attacked in their homes with assault weapons!

According to law enforcement sources, they received a tip that multiple armed males had invaded the iconic actor and director's home and that someone was shot, but when officers arrived at the scene, all was well and they weren't even certain that anyone was home at the time of the prank!

Ugh! Just SO beyond foolish!

Good lord, this is just BEYOND tragic.

Edward Furlong has found himself behind bars yet again yesterday after the former child star violated the restraining order put in his place by his girlfriend, whom he has been arrested for beating on multiple occasions in the last few months alone!

Worse yet, this all comes after his three-year probation - which stemmed from him violating a restraining order placed against him by his now ex-wife, Rachael Kneeland - was REVOKED this past December, in lieu of his October scuff-up with current girlfriend!

We know! It's difficult to keep up with!
