Jerry Sandusky's lawyers are arguing that he deserves a new trial because they didn't have enough time to prepare for the first one.
His attorneys are saying that they were inundated with almost 12,000 pages of documents and that hearsay evidence was improperly allowed at the trial.
The prosecution said it didn't matter because

Who cares??
As long as he isn't running around with a boner and being lewd — respect to nudists! Ha!
Okay, okay, we can understand if there are kids around. Apparently police in Springfield are looking for a man jogging nude after a bunch of complaints were launched. They can't find him, though, which seems like it'd be the easiest thing in the world.

If you can't press charges, you might as well sue.
Last year, Devin Ebanks was cleared of a rape investigation. Like, legitimately cleared. Now, the woman who accused him of sexual assault has filed a civil lawsuit against the L.A. Laker!

Hmmmm… maybe Hope Solo should've thought that super quick wedding the whole way through, instead of marrying Jerramy Stevens (we still can't believe that's how he actually spells his name) the night after he was arrested for assault. Though, we'd assume it'd take like 5 minutes to think it through once the cuffs were slapped on him.
Turns out, he's been arrested again — stemming from the same incident. You see, he was probably in violation of his probation by getting arrested and all. He was on probation in Florida linked to a previous cannabis possession charge, according to officials.

We previously mentioned that Penn State's ex-president, Graham Spanier, is now facing charges related to the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal.
We had said that the former athletic director Tim Curley and Penn State's ex-vice president Gary Schultz were also going to be charged for their inaction during the whole scandal.
Well it's official now, Curley and Schultz were arraigned in court today in a ten minute hearing.

Matt Barnes, L.A. Clippers star, has been suspended by the NBA for one game! Without pay!
This stems from him pleading no contest to interfering with a police officer's duties.
Back in July, Barnes was arrested for driving on a suspended license and then resisting arrest, as we previously mentioned.
He didn't contest the charges to misdemeanor interference with the duties of a police officer. The driving on a suspended license charge was dropped after he

Mark Strong Sr. is an insurance agent who helped Zumba dance instructor Alexis Wright find customers for her sex for pay business.
We previously mentioned that he pleaded not guilty to 59 counts of promotion of prostitution and violation of privacy.
We believe that's called being a "pimp."
