Usually people want to make their ex jealous when they see them post breakup, but that wasn’t the case here.

Kim Kardashian was in court today to try and settle her divorce with Kris Humphries, only for the baller to be a no-show!

For the uneventful courtroom showdown, Kimmy covered her Kimbryo in a printed Jil Sander coat dress worn over white pants and paired with black pumps.

A slicked back ponytail and arresting red lips completed her failed settlement style.

We can only imagine what she'll wear for the pre-trial later this month! Get your popcorn ready!

His charges weren't dismissed like his lawyer had hoped, but Calvin Klein's ex Nick Gruber did get a fairly lenient sentence.

Nick was arrested back in April, after his pAArtying got a little out of control, and was charged with felony cocaine possession and two misdemeanors of resisting arrest and assault with intent to cause physical harm.

Appearing in court on Thursday, the 22-year-old former model and gay porn star pleaded guilty to misdemeanor drug charges and was sentenced to 20 days of community service - 10 days to be completed in New York and 10 days to be completed in California.

Considering he had an "amazing" experience in rehab after his arrest, let's hope that this is just the next step in his recovery and getting back on the right track.

So much for being an angel!

Selita Ebanks must REALLY have some jealously issues as she was in court this morning for punching model Liza Irizarry after she kissed her 106 & Park host boyfriend, Terrence J.

It was reported that the Telemundo star kissed Terrence on the cheek in Miami's Dream nightclub, and Selita pounded Liza's nose shorty after.

There's no evading this order!

Prosecutors will finally get their day in court with Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana after a judge in Milan gave the go ahead to try the designers for not declaring taxes on over $1.25 BILLION in revenue.

As we mentioned last year, a judge cleared the duo of all charges in April, but was ultimately overturned in November after prosecutors appealed the decision.

So far there's no date set for a trial, but after Stefano's innocent tweet on Friday, it sounds like settling out of court isn't going to be an option.

Sometimes it feels like everyone just wants to sue for something.

Earlier this week, online retailer Zappos.com suffered a security breach and possible customer names, numbers and email addresses were accessed after being hacked.

Zappos contacted its customers to let them know of the breach and to change their passwords.

Lindsay Lohan arrived on time yet again to her court hearing this morning with Judge Stephanie Sautner.

And although Lindsay is now forced to serve some jail time, attend some therapy sessions, and complete more community service, she did manage to pull together a cute outfit for court.

La Lohan, knowing she'd be photographed and televised, worked the concrete carpet in a cute polka-dot navy dress with matching T-strap platform heels, a red Chanel purse, and some John Lennon inspired circular shades.
