Ramirez' wife, Juliana, left the house shortly after Ramirez was taken away in the back of a police car.

He's still in custody, so we'll make sure to update you guys as we get more info.

UFC Champion Chuck Liddell Fights For Full Custody Of Son

UFC Champion Chuck Liddell Fights For Full Custody Of Son

There’s no punching allowed in courtroom battles!

Chuck Liddell is fighting for full custody of his son, who allegedly told him he didn’t want to live with his mom anymore, in an LA court.

Sources say that his son, 12-year-old Cade, was visiting Chuck when he said that he didn’t want to go back to live with his mom, Lori Geyer. Also, Cade reportedly had a toothache for 2-3 months before visiting Chuck.

Chuck also alleges that his son was forced to perform physical labor, including moving snow.

The LA judge ruled that Colorado courts (where Lori lives) have jurisdiction, so a new court case will take place there.

It’s hard to tell from the details released, but unless Lori truly is abusive, it seems both unfair and irresponsible to take away her rights to see her son. Further, “moving snow” is simply a chore. Pretty much every kid in America has to do chores, and if they don’t they’re probably spoiled.

We want more details on this before we can say for sure which party we side with.

UPDATE: Chuck's ex, Lori Geyer, is alleging that the UFC champ's use of illegal drugs and alcohol have clouded his judgment, then led him to take Cade away from her!

She's also claiming he attempted to intimidate her during a visit she had with her son by pacing back and forth, while staring her down.

Yuck! Grow up, Chuck and get your head out of the ring!

This is your son's mother, not a an opponent getting ready to try to take your championship belt away.

If these allegations are true, Chuck may be out of luck because that behavior will not warrant a judge to award him custody.

Both are due in court on Tuesday in Colorado, so we'll see how this plays out soon enough.

Dwayne Wade Wins Custody Of Kids

Dwayne Wade Wins Custody Of Kids

After a long and painful custody battle with ex wife Siohvaughn, Dwayne Wade was finally awarded custody of their two sons.

As in any case like this, the losing party is devastated. Wade’s wife will only be able to see her sons on alternating weekends, holidays and for half of the summer.

Said Siohvaughn:

“Unfortunately I think the court got it wrong and it’s not in the best interest of these children and fails to recognize that Siohvaughn Wade has been a wonderful mother and a provider for these children, educationally, emotionally and physically. Mr. Wade, while well-intentioned, just does not have the ability to parent these children.”

Wade is obviously happy with the decision and has been preparing to take on near-full-time fathering duties for a while.

Said Wade:

“My life changed in a huge way. Mentally, I’ve been preparing for it for over a year now. To me, it’s bigger than that. For me, it shows a lot of people that you need to fight to be in your kids’ lives sometimes. You fight until you can’t fight any more. That’s all I was trying to be, a father in his kids’ lives. I think them living here, being here, it’s a great opportunity for them and I’m looking forward to it for them, to grow up with me and us learning together, how to be father-son. So I’m excited.”

There’s rarely a right answer in these cases, so we hope that both parents do the responsible thing and do what’s best for the children, and not just for themselves.
