So much for any peace of mind she had following her reconciliation with Justin Bieber!

Selena Gomez has been slapped with a lawsuit by Adrenalina, Inc., on the grounds that the Come & Get It singer failed to follow through in a business deal with the company…and they lost more than $2 million because of it!

The U.S. Department of Justice's lawsuit that was looming in the distance has now crashed down on top of Lance Armstrong, and we're hearing that someone who used to love him might have to testify against him!

Lance better hope there's a little love left, which we wouldn't bet on, because Kristin Armstrong is his EX-WIFE!

The DoJ filed a 33 page court document, and brings about the possibility that she may be called as a witness in the trial.

NOPE! The U.S. Justice Department has officially filed a lawsuit against Lance (it was inevitable) and his company Tailwind Sports for the millions of dollars that the U.S. Postal Service used in sponsoring the cycling team! We'd say they have every right to, too!

Two of the four member 90's group, En Vogue, have been stripped of their title.

Even though Cindy Herron and Terry Ellis owned the LLC and the band broke up years ago, Maxine Jones and Dawn Robinson toured illegally under the En Vogue name.

So what is a soul sista to do???!!

SUE.

Cindy and Terry demanded exclusive rights to the name as well as $1 million in damages.

After a VERY long courtroom battle, Cindy and Terry now have the sole rights to En Vogue.

While they didn't win any damages, they can now go on tour and perform to rake in the cash.

It's too bad that they couldn't work it out. The Funky Divas of Soul could've made WAY more dough all together than apart.

Can't we all just play nice?? Guess that is the life of the famous!

Lawsuit is off!

Donald Trump is backtracking on a threat against Angelo Carusone and his campaign to get Macy's to fire the real estate mogul as their celebrity spokesman.

Carusone started the 'Dump Trump' campaign because he was furious that Macy's kept him as a spokesperson and still sold his products despite Trump's "consequence-free bullying."

He did apparently receive a cease and desist letter from the big man himself, but Trump is now backtracking on the lawsuit, claiming:

Well, this turned messy in all of three seconds flat!

We've already heard both sides of the argument between Chris Brown and the photo agency in regards to who's responsible for his car accident yesterday in an El Lay alley, with Breezy maintaining that he was being chased by paparazzi and the photographers in question asserting that they were not involved and only came to the scene AFTER the crash into a wall!

Well now, the singer is SO adamant that he is innocent that his representative JUST confirmed that he has plans to SUE!

If there’s one thing we’ve learned over the years, it’s not to f*ck with Naomi Campbell.

The Telegraph had to learn this the hard way, unfortunately.

After suing the publication for libel over claims she had an elephant polo match at her boyfriend’s birthday party, the supermodel has won the legal war!

The paper agreed to pay her legal fees, damages and apologized to Naomi.

Like the goddess she is, the apology was welcomed, stating:

"There were never plans to hold an elephant polo tournament, so the allegations should not have been published. However, I am glad that the matter has been resolved and I accept the newspaper's apology."

We're glad this was all sorted out and Naomi got what she wanted.
