The man who accidentally killed Usher's stepson Kile Glover has plead not guilty to all of the charges presented against him for the unfortunate incident.

It happened last summer when the accused, Jeffrey S. Hubbard, was vacationing with the boy and his father. Hubbard was on a jet ski and accidentally hit Kile who was on a raft.

The Duggar gold digger has plead guilty!

Teresa Hunt, who was caught by the FBI after blackmailing TLC's parent company Discovery Communications with threats of scandalous Amy Duggar photos, has thrown herself on the mercy of the court.

Obviously the entire Duggar tribe is pleased with the outcome and none more so than Amy herself. She says:

“I think that justice has been served.”

So what does Amy Duggar have to say about what's on these supposed photos? Not a lot. Amy says:

“It’s a humbling situation because your reputation gets slandered. I have nothing to hide, no guilt no shame and there is no truth to what she said. I’ve never met her, I know nothing about her. She was a complete stranger that made allegations against me that were completely false.”

It seems Amy's wholesome image will remain intact. And though she may not plan to turn the other cheek to the imprisoned extortionist, she does offer forgiveness.

The court will not be so clementine. The penalty for this offense could keep Hunt behind bars for 2 years!

We guess he totally was his brother's keeper.

Bernie Madoff's brother Peter Madoff is scheduled to plead guilty in the criminal case resulting from the Ponzi scheme that escalated into a multibillion-dollar fraud.

Peter Madoff is the former chief compliance officer at the private investment arm of Bernard Madoff's business.

Peter's lawyer had argued he was totally unaware of his brother's ponzi scheme and this his wife had lost millions of dollars in the scheme herself.

Federal papers show however that Peter Madoff's signature is on a paper that reads he has plead guilty. If he is indeed pleading guilty then Peter Madoff will forfeit all personal and private property and will serve ten years in jail.

That is a loooooooooong time!!!

His brother Bernard Madoff pleaded guilty to fraud and is currently in jail and is serving a 150-year sentence.
