Tom Hiddleston Had A Caffeine Withdrawal On The Live Below The Line Poverty Challenge! OH NO!!

Tom Hiddleston is one of the many celebrities who took part or are taking part in the Live Below The Line poverty challenge, and while the British actor just completed his challenge last month, which had him living on a $1.50 a day, he's now sharing his experience.

Taking into mind that Hiddleston is openly addicted to caffeine, he admitted in British Harper's Bazaar that he had withdrawals.

George Clooney Contemplated Suicide!

And we're so glad he did not follow through!

In his revealing Rolling Stone interview, George Clooney proved that all the money and success in the world sometimes isn't enough to keep suicidal thoughts at bay.

The actor was left in extreme pain after suffering a spinal injury when a stunt went wrong while filming Syrianna in 2005. Severe headaches and spinal fluid leaks through his nose were so unbearable that he couldn't help but consider ending it all, explaining:

"I was at a point where I thought, 'I can't exist like this. I can't actually live.' I was lying in a hospital bed with an IV in my arm, unable to move, having these headaches where it feels like you're having a stroke, and for a short three-week period, I started to think, 'I may have to do something drastic about this'…but I never thought I'd get there."

Thankfully, he never did "get there" and has since undergone surgery to help him with the spinal problems.

We love ya Georgie, so don't ever leave us! You have MUCH more to contribute to the entertainment industry!

FitPerez reader P.N. from Portland, Oregon has been a long-time sufferer of chronic migraines and wrote to certified nutritional therapy practitioner, Margaux J. Rathbun, for a few natural remedies, asking:

Hi Margaux!

I have been a long-time sufferer of migraine headaches. They are so bad that I literally cannot get out of bed! Do you have any tips that could naturally help relieve or prevent these nasty headaches?

According to Margaux:

Thanks for your question! Prior to becoming a Nutritional Therapist, I used to get migraines all the time. I know how horrible they can be! Many things can trigger a migraine including allergies, constipation, stress, too much or too little sleep, and emotional changes. Here are some tips that should help you with these nasty headaches:

- Include watercress, parsley, fennel, garlic, cherries, and fresh pineapple in your diet. Make sure that you are buying all organic foods to avoid pesticides and other dangerous toxins.

- MSG and nitrites (preservatives found in hot dogs and lunch meats) can trigger a migraine. Stay clear of these types of foods!

- Adopt a diet that is low in simple carbs and high in protein. Try eating beans (soak dried beans overnight), chia seeds, and flax seeds.

-Limit your consumption of alcohol and be sure you are always staying hydrated with good quality water.

- Music has a calming effect and can help to relieve migraines. You could turn on some nice classical music, close your eyes, and breathe deeply.

- Get regular exercise. Go for a nice morning walk!

- Adding coconut oil to your daily diet can not only help prevent headaches but it has been shown to improve brain performance. Try a spoonful of this oil first thing in the morning.

- Acupuncture and acupressure have helped many people control the pain of a migraine. Consult with your local natural health practitioner for more information.
