Is there anyone more on top of the world than Beyoncé??

You’d be hard up to try and find someone who could beat out Beyoncé’s last couple months that included singing the National Anthem at President Barack Obama’s inauguration and ruling the Super Bowl halftime show.

And now, Queen Bey isn’t slowing down as she’s all set to headline one night at the ESSENCE Festival.

Beyoncé will be back at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans over the July 4th holiday to do her bootylicious best once again.

Time to buy a plane ticket!!

The festival couldn’t be more excited to have snagged the superstar for what will be an AH-Mazing performance as Essence Communications President Michelle Ebanks commented:

Girl just be testing the waters with the Femme Fatale tour!

Nicki Minaj recently revealed that once she is done with her summer tour alongside Miz Britney Spears, she'll be doing her own, called the Pink Friday Tour, in 2012!

She elaborates:

"Next year, I'll be headlining my own tour so this is my time to be a student and to learn and to absorb all of this information and then take that knowledge and create an amazing 'Pink Friday' tour at the top of 2012."

Nice! Smart of her to want to give herself a practice run with Brit before doing it all on her own!

Not that we think she'll have any problem being the main attraction!

She certainly has a large enough star power to draw the Barbies and KenBarbs right in!

U2's Edge announced today that the iconic band is confirmed to be headlining The Glastonbury Festival on Friday, June 24th, this summer!

He revealed:

"We're so excited to get to play in front of the world's greatest festival audience. It's more a way of life than a festival. We're all looking forward to coming back to pick up where I left off, U2 will be playing June 24th…we'll see you there."

Amazing! They always put on EPIC performances, and we're sure that this year will be no exception!

Can't wait!

Talk about a comeback! This is going to be absolutely out of control!

Lil' Wayne recently announced that he's planning his first post-prison US tour, and starting on March 18th, will hit up 24 cities across the country alongside co-headliner Nicki Minaj!

Holy shiz! These two together = MAGIC!

The I Am Music II tour will also feature Rick Ross, Travis Barker, and Mix Master Mike, and will coincide with the release of Weezy's new album, Carter IV!

All right! There is NO way we are going to miss this one!
