Reese Witherspoon is treating her beautiful family to a Hawaiian vacation!

Reese, her daughter Ava, son Deacon and new hubster, Jim Toth are having a blast in the Island state.

Witness say the Legally Blond star spent a couple days teaching her off spring who to surf. Apparently the Oscar-winning actress has quite the surfing skills! She was able to catch a far share of waves despite her physical injuries. In 2011 the "poor" girl twisted her ankle in AND got hit by a car!

It's alright, Reese is doing fine and starting 2012 off in a super amazballs way!!

It's pretty obvious that Nick Hogan shouldn't be driving.

After leaving his friend paralyzed from a horrible car crash 4 years ago AND serving time in jail, Nick went and got himself in another wreck two years ago when he got into what was considered a little fender bender at the time.

BUT, two years later, the woman he hit, Marcela Posada, is claiming that she suffered significant injuries to her body and to her car when the two collided on a freeway in El Lay. Nick was driving home from a charity event.

At the time of the accident, she didn't report any injuries to the cops who arrived on the scene, but now she's demanding $25,000.

What?! Seriously?! TWO years later and now she's claiming injury?

Sounds super shady.
