We love babies, and while we get excited whenever we see one, we don’t want them poppin out too EARLY!

But according to the Born Too Soon Report, the first study of it’s kind led by the WHO (World Health Organization), one in ten babies are born prematurely (born before 37 weeks instead of a full-term 40 week pregnancy) around the world each year!!!

Bill and Giuliana Ranic are on the cover of this week's issue of Us Weekly and of course, the new parents-to-be talk about how excited they are for their baby!

The two are expecting a child via gestational surrogate, but that won't stop them from experiencing every single milestone in the child's life - including his or her birth.

Those are the grins of two very happy parents-to-be.

Giuliana Rancic and hubby Bill are expecting their first child!!

She confirmed the news, saying:

With Bill adding:

After a long difficult road of trying to get pregnant through failed IVF treatments and recovering from a miscarriage, we know how important this news is to them. And to us! We honestly couldn't be more happy for them!
