Following his drunk driving arrest two weeks ago, Kevin Hart took to Twitter to admit he was intoxicated behind the wheel and crack a few jokes about the situation, but following new developments, it's clear the entire incident - which nearly resulted in him slamming his vehicle into a gas tanker truck - is NO laughing matter!

The comedian has been officially charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI by the El Lay City Attorney, as sources now reveal that when authorities pulled him over, he blew a .15 on the breathalyzer…AKA almost DOUBLE the legal limit!

And now because of it, he could be facing up to a year behind bars!

We imagine he's thanking his lucky stars that this was his first offense, as he probably won't end up with jail time, but still!

This is super SERIOUS! He could have seriously hurt himself or someone else…or WORSE!

We just he was serious on Twitter when he said this was a wake-up call, and he NEVER finds himself in this foolish predicament again!

It seems like all Lindsey Vonn can do is make fun of her boyfriend, Tiger Woods!

Last month, the Olympic skier officially hooked up with the golfer, and while questions about their relationship have been flying around like crazy, Miz Vonn can't help but to crack jokes about her love life.

Lindsey made an appearance at the Vail Celebration of Champions in Vail, Colo. on Friday to meet with fans, where she noted that she likes to kick it with friends and family.

And then the unthinkable happened. One lucky fan asked, "What about Tiger?," to which the Olympian replied:

"OK, guys, I play golf, OK?!"

We're sure you play more than gold Lindsey, but we're just glad to know that you're happy!!

We're pretty sure there isn't a more decent human being in Hollywood than Michael J. Fox.

Everyone was heartbroken with his Parkinson's diagnosis years ago when he announced it, because it wasn't actually a very publicized disease before he got it. We all reacted like it was a death sentence and that it was the saddest thing ever.

We were wrong!

Michael is not only thriving and surviving, but he helps fund Parkinson's research, all the while never really disappearing from the public eye! He has stayed humble about it, and now we're finding out that he even laughs about it, as he doesn't ever want the disease to define him!

During Thursday's opening monologue, Jay joshed:

"Are you all excited about March Madness? Are you all into March Madness? People are talking about who’s in, who’s out, who’s gonna be eliminated. And that’s just here at NBC. I’ve never been in the paper this much. It’s fantastic."

We've heard SO many tidbits about Jay getting FIRED from the coveted NBC late night talk show, and about how Jimmy Fallon (or possibly Howard Stern LOLz!) might swoop in to take his spot…
