Say it ain't so Drizzy!

Drake is making Headlines about a $30,000 missing Rolex that apparently belongs to Manhattan lawyer James McMillan!

The rapper dons a rose gold Rolex Presidential watch on the cover of his album, Take Care, which is the same one that came up missing from a midtown jeweler in NYC.

Sources close to Drake want everyone to know "That claim is total BS."

They also allege that Drake does have the same type of watch, but it was purchased straight from Rolex.

Besides, we all know if "Drizzy got the money, Drizzy gonna pay it," so his claims of buying the watch directly from Rolex should be true, right?!?

Only time will tell.

Sometimes it feels like everyone just wants to sue for something.

Earlier this week, online retailer Zappos.com suffered a security breach and possible customer names, numbers and email addresses were accessed after being hacked.

Zappos contacted its customers to let them know of the breach and to change their passwords.

John Galliano has fired his lawyer of 7 years just weeks before his pre-trial hearing are scheduled to take place.

There was a rumor going around Stephane Zerbib had quit, but before he could speak to the press a rep for the designer beat him to it.

The statement read:

"Mr Zerbib was dismissed as Galliano's lawyer some weeks ago following the discovery of apparent irregularities in respect of his firms administration of Galliano's financial affairs over a number of years."

We hope they were able to find someone willing to represent him or he's going to be S.O.L.

Wow. This is surprising.

There are loud whispers going around that the execs at Christian Dior have wanted to dump John Galliano for some time and his recent arrest may be their way out!

As we mentioned earlier, the fashion house immediately suspended the designer pending an investigation. But Galliano believes the suspension is "totally disproportionate" for what happened.

His lawyer Stephane Zerbib added:

"He never made an anti-Semitic remark in more than 10 years at Dior. He was insulted, and he responded to the insults."

That still doesn't make it right.

Elle Macpherson recently dished on Friday Night with Jonathan Ross that she only became a model to pay for her law books!

The supermodel explained:

"My mum encouraged me, she didn't want me getting married and staying at home. I never thought I'd be working for thirty years. We just happened to be in the right place at the right time. The Eighties was a period of extravagance - there was a need for dynamic women."

Gucci has fired their in-house lawyer of seven years after finding out he wasn't an active member of any state bar!

Don't they do background checks?

Although the so called lawyer Jonathan Moss had graduated from Fordham University School of Law and passed the California state bar exam in 1993 he switched his status to inactive all the way back in 1996.

His excuse? It was less expensive to be inactive.

However, Jonathan isn't completely to blame. Gucci originally hired Moss in 2002 for a non-lawyer position, but later promoted him to the in-house legal counsel in 2003.

Maybe they should also fire the idiot who promoted him.
