This year, give your Valentine lots of dark chocolates. First you’ll need a colorful red gift bag with hearts all over it. Then start shopping for a variety of items which contain at least 70% or higher of cocoa. This is the part of chocolates which contains healthy ingredients.

Why dark chocolate instead of either white or milk chocolate?

Mango Chicken Curry

Curry is one of my favorite recipes in the entire world! It's one of the easiest dishes to master, and once you do - the possibilities are endless! Try substituting the chicken for other types of meat, and the mangoes for other vegetables. If you want a Thai style curry, follow the same recipe using a red or green Thai style curry paste instead.

1 pound chicken breast or thighs, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon (or more to taste) Indian style curry powder
2 mangos, peeled and sliced
1/2 can coconut milk

Add oil to a pan, and cook chicken over medium heat, until brown. Add the curry powder, and cook for another few minutes. Stir in coconut milk and mangoes, and cook until chicken is done - about 5-10 minutes. Serve with your favorite rice or quinoa, and enjoy!

The Glamorous Star Cake:

Lucious Lemon Cake

2 ½ cups cake flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ sticks (12 tablespoons)
unsalted butter, softened
1 ½ cups sugar
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
4 large egg whites plus 1 large
whole egg
1 cup whole milk
½ teaspoon pure lemon extract
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray two 8-inch round cake pans with nonstick spray. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt together; set aside.

Beat the butter on medium-high speed until pale and flu#y. Add the sugar and lemon zest and continue to beat until well combined. Add the egg whites, followed by the egg, and beat until fully combined.

Mix together the milk, lemon extract, and vanilla extract in a cup. Reduce mixer speed to low. Add half of the flour mixture to the butter mixture, followed by the milk mixture, and finally the remainder of the flour. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and give the batter one final stir. Divide the batter between the two pans. Smooth the tops of the cakes with a rubber spatula and bake for 38–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool in pans for 15–20 minutes. Wrap each layer in plastic wrap and freeze for an hour.

Milk: the new white gold!

Holy shizz! Milk might be hitting $6 a gallon if there's no farm bill resolution!

Congress didn't complete action on the bill this year after it expired in September, and if no fiscal agreement is reached, farmers could face the prospect of returning to an antiquated system for pricing milk that would bring big price increases for consumers.

The fallback plan is

Milk is super delicious and super good for you!!

Unless you're lactose intolerant of course!

The milk industry is saying they're in a crisis! Milk consumption has dropped almost 30% since 1975.

With all different types of bottled waters and vitamin infused beverages, people are forgetting about good ol' moo juice. It's so healthy for you!

Do your part to help the farmers and have a big glass of chocolate milk today! Don't worry, we'll give you this one cheat beverage today. (Though we do recommend making it skim.)
