Is Justin Bieber getting new neighbors?

The pop star’s neighborhood in Calabasas, The Oaks, could be the new home to a reality show documenting the daily lives of the rich and famous. Currently titled Calabasas 91302 — how creative — the show would follow some of the families in the area.

This would mean a lack of some serious privacy for the gated Calabasas community’s well known residents — residents that include not just the Biebs but Travis Barker, Kourtney Kardashian, and the Jackson family.

Hmm, somehow, we don’t think the Oaks’ residents will go for this, though we can’t say we’re not intrigued. Either way, a battle’s afoot.

Bears can be so cute, unless they're hanging out in your backyard!

In Granda Hills, California, people spotted a black bear just walking around their neighborhood.

At one point, a helicopter was following the bear and watched it stroll around a backyard and even take a dip in someone's pool!

After the bear made its rounds it ended up running back up into the hills before anyone could capture it.

We wouldn't be surprised if he made his way back to the neighborhood… that was a pretty nice looking pool!
