Looks like Chad Johnson won't actually be going to jail after all!

Even though he allegedly head butted his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada in a serious argument several weeks ago.

He has apparently struck a deal with prosecutors to be able to stay out of jail.

Due back in court in October, Joe Simpson pleaded NOT GUILTY in his DUI case Thursday.

Was that the smartest approach?? We're no lawyer, but…

Cops busted Jessica Simpson's father with a .12 breathalyzer reading back in August. Did it just kinda go berzerk??

He insists he wasn't drunk-driving at all when they pulled him over in Sherman Oaks that night, but if the judge disagrees, he could end up with anything from a fine to a year behind bars!

Better cross your fingers, Joe!!

And the plot thickens!

Mitchel Musso, the 20 year old former Hannah Montana star who was busted for driving drunk in Burbank a few months back, has entered a not guilty plea this morning for the charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher!

Risky move! Especially because he's looking at six months behind bars and a $1,000 fine!

Guess we'll find out at the pretrial status conference on February 10th!

Poor thing! It has NOT been a good week for Selena Gomez!

Her boyfriend Justin Bieber, is rumored to have fathered a baby with some random chick, and her stalker, Thomas Brodnicki, appeared in court today and entered a not guilty plea!

Oh wow.

Michael Douglas' son Cameron Douglas has pleaded guilty to a new drug charged after already getting sentenced to five years in prison this past April.

Cameron pleaded guilty to possession and dealing meth and cocaine, but he's now entered a new plea bargain that will give him another year in jail after he admitted to getting drugs in prison while serving his current sentence.

Illegal substances were found in his cell and sources say that he could have had them all the way back to May to just this last week.

Earlier this year when he was in court, Cameron said:

"I apologize to my family and my loved ones for putting them through this nightmare of my making. I ask for an opportunity to be a role model to my younger brothers and sisters."

What a horrible scenario this has turned out to be. We really do feel for Cameron's family and we just want to see him clean and sober. It doesn't look jail is the most healthiest place for him either, but he is ordered to take drug education classes when he IS released from jail. Hopefully, he'll be able to learn something from them.
