Did you know that there are literal gerbil shows?

They're just like dog shows or cat shows but with gerbils!!

The competition is in Bedford, Massachusetts and it features a pageant style competition, agility demonstrations and more.

The gerbils will be going through obstacle courses and racing around, trying to win ribbons!

Gerbil enthusiasts from around the country will come to compete, trying to show that their gerbil is the most talented, cutest little rodent around!

What a cute idea!!

Orb!!

Orb the horse won the 139th kentucky derby on Saturday!

It was a cloudy, cool afternoon at Churchill Downs when the "fastest two minutes in sports" was run.

Orb, lead by jockey Joel Rosario, ran the one and a quarter mile track in 2:02.89.

Storm Cat was a famous thoroughbred stallion who made over half a million dollars in career earnings!!

During his racing career he captured the Young American Stakes and finished second in the 1985 Breeders' Cup Juvenile.

He retired from racing in 1987 and went on to sire eight champion horses and 108 graded stakes winners! His offspring have earned over $127 million!!

He spent his retirement relaxing at Overbrook Farm in Lexington, Kentucky.

Sadly, Storm Cat was euthanized due to complications from the infirmities of old age.

Mitch and Dallas Seavey are both mushers.

That means they're dog sled racers.

And the dog sledding super bowl is the Iditarod Trail Dog Sled Race in Alaska.

Mitch Seavey became the oldest musher to win 1st place in the Iditarod and the cool part is his son set a record of his own…

He became the youngest person to win 1st place in the Iditarod!!

So cool! Mushing is literally in their blood!

OH NO! LOOK OUT!

Right as a guy in the middle of a motorcycle race is driving down the street, a deer jumps out in front of him!

He doesn't have time to swerve or anything!

Miraculously, he wasn't injured, picked up his bike and sped off to the finish line to win first place!

We're so glad he wore a helmet cam so we could see this.

The reporter talking about it seems to assume the deer ended up okay as well so we're just gonna assume the same.

No injuries! Yay!

Her Royal Highness Princess Anne, was spotted at the hennessy Gold Cup Day.

It was a horseracing meet held in Newbury, UK during the Sportingbet Winter Festival.

Must be fun to be British Royalty, hanging out, dressed all fancy, watching horses run around.

We guess it's like a fancy British NASCAR. LOLz!
