Jordan Sparks Wants To Be The Person Her Dogs Think She Is

Jordin Sparks has a labrador and three schnauzer-bichon-poodle mixes who rarely leave her side. She even takes them on tour with her, to help keep things calm and familiar. She said:

"There's a comfort level that they bring when they're around. I miss cuddling with them and them going crazy when they've been on the bus too long."

So cute! They also help her wind down while on tour.

"Minnie actually helps relieve stress. You just can't stay mad or frustrated when you have a cuddly puppy around!"

We definitely agree with that!

She’s such a dog lover that she became the official ambassador for Collars for a Cause, who helps the Spay-Neuter Assistance Program provide animal services to those with little money to do so themselves.

Looks like she’s on her way to living how she wants, adding:

"I know it's lame but the quote 'I want to be the person my dog thinks I am' applies here. They wait for us no matter what and love unconditionally. I should be that 'person' every day."

We should all hope to be that kind of person.

Dreamworks and Global Creatures are bringing How To Train Your Dragon to life.

Well, sort of.

Melbourne will host the world premiere of a giant arena show based on the hit flick.

The flick’s executive producer Tim Johnson, revealed:

"We live in the world of computer animation… to come to the world of theatre, where things come alive in front of you, where the tool set is so exciting and so vibrant has been an extraordinary experience. It's so much larger than what we as filmmakers ever get to do."

The How To Train Your Dragon: Arena Spectacular will open next March in Melbourne before going to Sydney and Brisbane and finally going on a world tour.

Miranda Cosgrove Chats With Her Poodle Over The Phone

Miranda Cosgrove

AW!

Miranda Cosgrove, the 18-year-old star of Nickelodeon's iCarly, has had the same best friend for the past 12 years: her toy poodle, Pearl.

So when the actress/singer was about to embark on her first concert tour this summer, she debated whether to let her petite gray pup tag along.

Miranda said:

"I wanted to bring my dog on tour really badly, but she's very old and I wasn't sure if she would be able to handle touring life. She's very smart. She watches movies with me sometimes, and she knows the bad guy before I do, so she totally understood that I was packing and leaving."

But as much as Pearl doesn't like the idea of being home without her old friend, Cosgrove feels the same.

"I've been calling my dad and asking how she's doing. He said that she's been waiting on our couch and looking out the window for the last few nights. I miss her."

Aw! Stay strong bb!

When you're down just remember, you're getting paid to do what you love!

Josh Groban Aquarium

Nerd Alert!!

He's touring the world for the next five months, but adorable singer Josh Groban, couldn't resist this pit stop.

Before his July 26 performance in Boston, the crooner made the perfect pit stop at the New England Aquarium!

During his excursion to the education center on Monday, he inspected a very sleepy seal and shared a photo on Twitter. He also donned a pair of oversize 3D glasses to watch an IMAX film about orphaned animals.

To cap it all off, he posed for a photo with a waving (and probs thrilled) turtle.

"Had an amazing time today at the new england aquarium!!" the singer Tweeted.

Groban's next stop is Washington, D.C. – might we suggest a day trip to the National Zoo?

Queen Elizabeth Visits Irish Stud Farm

Queen Elizabeth Visits Irish Stud Farm

Oh, that kinda stud!

Though a little piece of us wishes "The Stud Farm" was shady bar filled with neeked Irish men, we still think Queen Elizabeth's trip to visit horsies is supa adorbz.

The monarch visited the national horse centre - one of the world's top stud farms - on her historic trip to the Republic, where her own thoroughbreds are sent for breeding.

The Queen arrived at the picturesque centre looking relaxed and wearing a sky blue outfit with white details.

In the immaculate grounds she toured small marquees showcasing the aspects of the horse racing world from farriers and trainee jockeys to some of the prized stud horses.

Liz has a love of racing and horses that she inherited from her mother and visits the races regularly both officially and as a private spectator.

when asked about her visit Elizabeth said she had a "Jolly good time!"

Ok, we don't know if she said that for sure (but it's likely).

Poor Pets! Charlie Sheen Has Let Two Other Animals Die In His Care

Charlie Sheen let lizards die

Ugh! While Charlie Sheen is busy degrading the mother of his children, Denise Richards, on his violent torpedo bomb of a tour because she refuses to return the surviving pug he has accused her of stealing, more news of animal abuse at the Sober Valley Lodge is emerging.

A source close to the former couple says that on top of the dog that died of malnutrition not too long ago, he has also let two pet lizards die in his "care"!

The source said:

"His Chinese water dragon died because he didn't take care of it and a while back, when he was married to Brooke, his bearded dragon fell in the pool and died. Again nobody was watching the poor thing."

Everyone was probably too busy watching and monitoring Charlie!

The source defended poor Denise, who has become the brunt of a running joke on Charlie's tour, saying:

"You can trash Denise all you want, but one thing you can't say is that she doesn't love and care for her animals. These poor dogs were in a terrible condition when he gave them back to her."

This news only further proves the narcissistic actor is not fit to take care of pets, let alone ANYTHING living, and Denise is actually protecting the surviving pug from the same cruel fate that met the other pets in his care.

Tourists Flock To Spot Komodo Dragons

Komodo dragon habitat draws tourists

While we can't visit dinosaurs at Jurassic Park (yet), Komodo Island in Indonesia is a hot tourist spot for those brave enough to venture into the habitat of the worlds largest and most dangerous living lizard.

Komodo dragons are about 10 feet long and 150 pounds with a reputation for eating anything they can get their hands on.

One of these large lizards is known to eat up to half its weight in one meal and can and will eat a human.

Their powerful jaws are also equipped with a poisonous toxic glands that weaken its prey until defenseless.

Scary stuff!

The island, which is the world's largest habitat for these endangered creatures and home to about 2,500 dragons, is expected to have close to 40,000 tourists visit this year.

The tourists are guided through the jungle landscape by a guide armed with 18 years experience and a hefty club for good measure, who advises the group not to wander from the track and stay with the group.

Although the lizards have been known to attack humans, they primarily prefer to scavenge for rotting carcasses and are known to enjoy the taste of buffalo, deer or wild boar over humans.

Phew!

They must not be TOO dangerous because believe it or not, about 2,000 brave souls co-exist with the ancient beasts on the island as well!

We'd love to visit, but could not imagine living with the constant threat of being eaten alive!

Will U be planning your next family vacation to Komodo Island?
