Another one of Michael Jackson's lawyers is calling Wade Robson out!!!

The lawyer that defended Michael in 2005 against child molestation charges adamantly claims that Wade's interview on Today, where accused the late pop icon of pedophilia, was a load of BULLSH*T.

Tom Mesereau STRONGLY believes that Wade is lying about his very sudden realization that Michael sexually abused him in an effort to get a BIG payday, especially considering he filed a creditor's claim with the MJ estate.

It has been a month since the Boston Marathon bombings, but there is still plenty of unanswered question such as the reasoning behind the brutal massacre.

Police have discovered that the living suspect of the brotherly terrorists wrote a letter during his final hours before being caught on April 19.

As Dzhokhar Tsarnaev bled from a gunshot inside a draped boat during the police manhunt that shut down the city, he reportedly left a note on the cabin's wall.

But what IN THE WORLD did the alleged terrorist have to say??

He explained that the lethal attack was payback for what Americans did to Muslims in Afghanistan and Iraq. Dzhokhar even called the victims— three killed and over 260 injured —of the bombing "collateral damage" similar to the casualties in the US-fronted wars overseas.

It's been a LONG time coming, but justice has finally been served!

Jodi Arias —who killed her one-time boyfriend, Travis Alexander, over 5 years ago— was convicted of first degree murder this afternoon and will now face the possibility of the death penalty.

Jodi only admitted earlier this year that she shot, nearly decapitated, and then stabbed her lover 27 times on June 4, 2008 after initially blaming his death on masked home invaders.

While the prosecution painted the pretty 32-year-old brunette as a spiteful ex who calculated her revenge out of jealousy, Jodi claimed she murdered Travis out of self defense.

When she testified, Jodi insisted that Travis was a "bully," but she couldn't quite piece together what happened during the kill, with various changes in her story throughout the trial.

12 jurors deliberated and came to the unanimous decision after listening to testimony throughout the week.

The aggravation trial will begin tommorow to determine whether or not Jodi will in fact get the death penalty.

We were told to expect some crazy evidence to surface once Michael Jackson's wrongful death trial began, but there's no way we could have prepared ourselves for this!

Emails and court documents have recently been released showing that the late King of Pop was planning on lip synching during his final shows for his This Is It tour!

Apparently he was in such bad shape at the time he was unable to sing and dance at the same time and needed the the help of a vocal track just to get through his performances!

Michael’s family claims this is proof that AEG was perfectly aware of his poor health and mental state, yet they continued to push him through the tour.

Other emails between AEG promoter Randy Phillips and AEG president Tim Leiweke show the two complaining about his horrible condition and how it was affecting rehearsals.

In one message, Randy talks about having to help a dazed Michael get dressed, saying:

A man from Western Pennsylvania is in legal trouble for shooting a buck from a busy Walmart parking lot.

That sounds super dangerous!

Arcangelo "Angelo" Bianco Jr., 40, is going to trial for reckless endangerment and state game charges.

Wildlife conservation officers said that last November, Bianco shot several rounds at a buck in a Walmart parking lot so close to employees that deer blood was splattered on trailers that were being unloaded!!

That's insane! Why was he shooting so near people?? Did he have something personal against the deer?

He continued shooting at the fleeing deer until it died and he later retrieved it from the side of a road nearby.

Pretty sure this guy is gonna lose his gun license and have to pay some serious fines at a minimum!

With Michael Jackson’s wrongful death trial just on the horizon, it sounds like we can expect a whole new can of worms to be opened.

According to sources, the details we know so far about MJ’s life and personal struggles are just the tip of the iceberg. Once the trial begins, sealed medical documents will come up as evidence and in testimony.

Nicollette Sheridan has a beef with Touchstone Television, as we've previously mentioned.

She brought a wrongful termination suit against Desperate Housewives, but that first case ended in a mistrial.

So now she's finally back on track with a new trial date set!

Nicollette and Touchstone will square off in court once more on December 2nd an LA Superior Court judge ruled.

Now that her court date is set, she can relax and spend time doing other things… like walking her adorbz doggy!!

She was recently spotted walking her pup through Beverly Hills while wearing a nice all white ensemble.

Kinda matches her puppy dog. LOLz!
