no title

Whenever it happens — it increasingly looks like some time in July — law enforcement in Pennsylvania will go completely over the top to ensure that Bill Cosby and everyone involved with his sentencing is safe in the courthouse.

Sources from Montgomery County (PA) are telling media outlets that law enforcement in tiny Norristown will be "100 percent all hands on deck" for the courthouse sentencing, prepared and ready for anything.

Bill Cosby Found Guilty!

UPDATE 2:35 P.M. EST: Reports are now coming in that Cosby went ballistic in the courtroom shortly after the verdict was read.

After sitting quietly the rest of the proceedings, Cosby stood up and "erupted" when prosecutor Kevin Steele asked that his bail be revoked, saying he was a flight risk. Cosby is quoted as yelling:

"Doesn't matter that I have a plane, asshole!

I'm sick of him!"

The judge ruled Cosby will remain free pending sentencing. So he might as well get all his shouting out now.

Bill Cosby guilty!

After years of evasion, the disgraced comedian is finally facing justice, as the jury in his rape retrial came back with a verdict of guilty on ALL COUNTS.

Cosby was charged with three counts of aggravated indecent assault against Andrea Constand based on her claim he drugged and raped her in 2004.

The 80-year-old is potentially facing a sentence tantamount to life in prison — 10 years for each charge.

If anything this seems like he's getting off light; Cosby has been accused by dozens of women, five of whom took the stand during the trial to show the star's pattern of behavior.

Jurors reportedly came back after a few hours to ask for the legal definition of "consent"; the judge told them only to use their "common sense." Yes. Unconscious people cannot give consent. Not too difficult.

Thankfully they seem to have made the right call. What do YOU think of this verdict?

Andrea Constand takes the stand.

As you know, Bill Cosby is currently being retried for over three counts of sexual assault in 2004, and on Friday, his main accuser got the opportunity to testify about allegedly being drugged and molested at the comedian's mansion outside of Philadelphia.

When asked by prosecutor Kristen Feden why she was present for the retrial, the massage therapist said simply:

"For justice."

Constand recalled being invited over to Cosby's house back in 2004 when she was managing the women's basketball team at Temple University. While there, she says she was offered three blue pills, which he called "your friends. They'll help take the edge off."

Because of the trust she had formed with the celeb, she complied:

The Bill Cosby rape retrial continues, and his dark past is coming back to haunt him.

The trial is over three counts of sexual assault against Andrea Constand in 2004, but it's giving women whose accusations are past the statute of limitations the chance to tell their stories.

Janice Dickinson became the fourth woman to testify on Thursday, renewing her claim that Cosby drugged and raped her in 1982 — this time under oath.

According to testimony recorded by DailyMail.com the former America's Next Top Model judge told the jury about meeting the comedian, and how she had been excited when he invited her to Lake Tahoe to watch him perform and talk about her career.

At dinner with Cosby and his music director, Stu B. Gardener, Dickinson recalled she was complaining of menstrual pain:

"Cosby said, 'I have something for that'.' And I was given a blue pill - a little round blue pill.'"

She said it didn't take long for the unnamed drug to kick in:

Harvey Weinstein May Have To Face The Rape Allegations In Court Next Month

Harvey Weinstein should be very worried.

Harvey Weinstein's upcoming trial could be far worse than he ever imagined!

The disgraced producer is set to go to court over a fraud claim from director David Frankel, who alleges Harvey agreed to a wide release of his 2014 film One Chance, only for him to not go through with it.

David claims he's owed millions of dollars in damages since the movie wasn't released on the minimum number of screens they allegedly agreed upon in their contract.

While it seems this may have nothing to do with the rape allegations against Weinstein, his "unfavorable reputation" and "bullying tactics" could be brought up if he takes the stand.

The Weinstein Company is trying to prevent this from happening though, asking a judge to exclude any evidence or testimony about the "highly inflammatory and widespread news stories alleging Mr. Weinstein was involved in sexual harassment, assault, or other incidents."

That's also on top of them not wanting his criminal investigations, how he's been removed from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, settlements, and so on brought up.

They're arguing it's:

Nicki Minaj WON’T Be Testifying In Brother’s Child Rape Trial

Nicki Minaj is distancing herself.

Despite previous reports, it sounds like Nicki Minaj will NOT be supporting her brother in his rape trial.

In case you haven't been keeping up, Jelani Maraj is in court for the alleged rape of his preteen stepdaughter during his marriage to Jacqueline Robinson. His lawyer David Schwartz claimed the rapper would testify that his ex-wife told her she could "make the charges go away for $25 million."

Except according to TMZ, Nicki is staying the hell away from her brother's controversial case!

Their sources say she never planned to be involved, and won't be in the future.

That's probably in her best interest, considering the victim's 10-year-old brother testified to witnessing the rape.
