Want to blast fat and feel fuller longer? Try out this list of the 7 best, low calorie, fat fighting foods!

First up on the list are eggs. At just 78 calories each, they are stacked with protein and keep you full. Studies have shown that eating them for breakfast will curb your appetite enough that you’ll have about 330 calories less than usual throughout the rest of the day.

Dark chocolate (in moderate amounts) can slow down digestion and make you feel full longer, as well as eliminating any cravings for salty, sweet, and fatty foods. Snack on 1 oz. with 170 calories between meals to satisfy your grumbling stomach.

Pine nuts only have about 95 calories for every 84 nuts! Korean researchers have found that the nut’s heart-healthy fatty acids in pine nuts boost satiety hormones that make you feel full and help ward off belly fat.

Cheeses like fresh goat cheese or feta help you feel full and burn more fat with the conjugate linoleic acid (CLA) ingredient. 1 oz. has only 76 calories.

Similar to cheese, skim milk‘s CLA will help burn fat, but also include a healthy dose of whey and casein protein that satisfy more than sugary drinks (plus one glass is only 86 calories).

Oranges were the highest-ranked fruit on the “satiety index,” a list of 38 filling foods put together by Australian researchers, plus they are high in fat-fighting fiber! At just 59 calories each, they also have tons of other great health benefits!

Potatoes may be high in carbohydrates, but as the top ranked food on the satiety index, less of them fills you up more! Each potato has about 161 calories (go light on the butter).

Remember, these are recommended foods that keep you full and may help burn fat, but ONLY in moderation!
