90 Day Fiancé Stars' Baby's Death Ruled 'Non-Accidental' -- What Happened?

We have a horrific update in the death of Alisa Eleanor Rosenbrook

In case you didn’t know, the infant daughter of 90 Day Fiancé alums Eric Rosenbrook and Leida Margaretha died tragically in 2025. We previously reported on how the estranged spouses were already dealing with some issues before their daughter’s death, including allegations of domestic violence against Eric. He allegedly slapped Leida WHILE she was holding the baby! Then at some point after that, the child was hospitalized, though the reason why is still unclear. Sadly, the baby ended up being taken off life support just days later. So, so tragic.

And now, per new reports via TMZ, the Adams County Health and Human Services Department‘s initial assessment says the infant’s death was 100% “non-accidental”. Oh no…

In fact, the report alleges that it’s suspected the mother of the baby caused her death, with the docs stating “a preponderance of the evidence to substantiate maltreatment of physical abuse to the infant by the mother” was present, per Starcasm. So awful.

Despite this, no criminal charges in relation to Alisa’s death have been filed in the state of Wisconsin. The investigation is currently ongoing, as law officials await an official autopsy report to confirm the cause and manner of the baby’s death. Much remains a mystery for now.

This isn’t the only controversy Leida has been in recently, either. She’s currently racked up 24 federal charges against her for wire fraud, bail jumping, and forgery. She’s accused of stealing between $10,000 and $100,000 from a business. WTF

Ugh. Our heart absolutely breaks for that baby who lost her life so senselessly. We hope she’s given the justice she deserves.
