Katy Perry‘s “California Gurls” has broken the record for most weekly plays in the 17-year-history of Billboard’s Pop Songs radio airplay chart!
The catchy tune logged 11,816 plays the week of June 21-27, bypassing Ke$ha‘s “Tik Tok” that had 11,224 plays back in February.
It’s a summer anthem!
