It’s starting to become one of the most coveted roles in young Hollywood!
With a December 2011 release date set and a lot of pressure to not be shitty, Sony Pictures has to light a fire under it’s production of their adapation of the mystery novel The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. The biggest hurdle to date seems to be which young actress will step into the shoes of the book’s most coveted character, Lisbeth Salander.
As of now, there are a lot of names being thrown around, from Ellen Page to Mia Wasikowska, from Carey Mulligan to Kristen Stewart. (Ugh! Her again!?)
Competition is steep and as of now, there is no front runner, but if they want to make that 2011 deadline, somebody better pick one!
Our choice: Carey Mulligan… or really anyone else beside KStew!
