While Lindsay Lohan is sitting in her living room eating Carvel soft serve and catching up on all the True Blood she missed, her lawyer was in court this morning, hearing the terms of Lindsay’s early release.
There are some STEEP conditions for Lindsay to abide by. We don’t think she is going to be happy with them!
The judge ruled that for the next three months, LiLo must reside in California, see a “mental health professional” several times a week and attend five AA meetings per week! She must also take random drug and alcohol tests at least twice a week.
Failure to adhere to any of these terms can (and mostly won’t) result in 30 days in county jail for each violation!!!
Wowza! Judge Elden Fox ain’t messing around!
So much for freedom, huh?
