Abbey Romeo is addressing her breakup with David Isaacman — all while fans are playing matchmaker!
Last month, the beloved couple from Love on the Spectrum called it quits after nearly five years together. Although sources claimed Abbey and David split because they didn’t agree on when to get married, her mom, Christine Romeo, insisted that was not the reason! In fact, they apparently never fully talked about getting engaged! The reality star just realized he “was happy in his way of doing life” while hers “was different!” There’s nothing more to it! Nothing dramatic happened. They are even friends now!

While on Tea Time with Raven and Miranda last week, Abbey shared an update on where she stands with David following the breakup:
“David and I decided to call each other ‘best friends,’ not boyfriend and girlfriend anymore.”
That’s good! When Raven-Symoné and Miranda Pearman-Maday asked how she feels about being “a single woman” now, Abbey responded:
“Being a single lady, like what Beyoncè says, it feels amazing. I’ve grown and changed a lot over the past four and a half years. I wouldn’t be where I am today. He was a good start.”
Miranda chimed in to point out that early relationships are “so important” for growth and to figure out “what we want in our next relationship.” Raven then added that Ariana Grande “said it best” with her popular track, Thank U, Next. Yes, it is thanks for the memories and lessons, and now it is time for a new chapter. Not every relationship has to end on bad terms! And as her mom, who attended the podcast episode, said, at least David “wasn’t cheating and lying” like her brother’s ex.
Abbey might be on to the next already, though! 
Connor Tomlinson, who recently split from Georgie Harris, posted a video to TikTok with Abbey from the American Music Awards. In it, he mouths:
“The guests are so hot tonight.”
And she goes:
“But we’re the guests.”
