The truth of what went down between Taylor Swift and Matty Healy is being revealed after fans accused his fiancée of trying to get in another dig at the pop star last weekend! And what sources say now may shock you!
So, we all know the story! One month after her relationship with Joe Alwyn ended, Tay sparked romance rumors with The 1975 frontman in May 2023. They had a relationship that supposedly lasted on and off for years before finally deciding to give it a real shot three years ago. They went on to have a controversial, whirlwind romance, in which they went out on date nights in the Big Apple and professed their love for each other on stage. But by June, they were already over. Taylor reportedly dumped him over those disgusting porn comments.

Shortly after the split, both moved on. Matty fell in love with model and internet it-girl Gabbriette Bechtel. A year after the breakup from Taylor, those two got engaged in June 2024. As for the world’s most famous pop star, she met Travis Kelce in July 2023, lighting the world on fire with headline after headline. They got engaged last summer and are reportedly set to be married on July 3! So soon!
With the wedding coming up, Travis and Taylor have kicked off the celebration with their fabulous bachelor and bachelorette parties! The Grammy winner seemingly held hers at her mansion in Rhode Island this past weekend — though it is unconfirmed. TMZ reported there had just been a lot of activity and guests around her place at the time, including a massive fireworks display going off nearby.
But you know who else had their bachelorette party that weekend? Gabbriette! The model posted pictures to Instagram on Friday, showing her taking a flight from Los Angeles to Las Vegas in a white vintage Chanel ‘fit and other shenanigans. Ch-ch-check it out (below):

Naturally, Swifties could not help but read into things! They thought Gabbriette was trying to add fuel to the feud rumors with Taylor by hosting a bachelorette party on the same weekend as hers. However, a source told Dailymail.com on Wednesday that fans need to calm down!
The insider insisted the parties were pure “coincidence.” In fact, neither woman is concerned about the other because the Bad Blood artist’s relationship with Matty wasn’t that big of a deal to her:
“It’s a total coincidence the parties were the same weekend. Matty and Taylor were more of a hookup, so I don’t think anyone is thinking much of the other. The two ladies celebrating their bachelorette parties would have nothing to do with one another and a complete coincidence. Taylor and Matty were never even that serious.”
Does Taylor know that? She wrote an entire album crashing out over Matty! LOLz! The rocker also reportedly thought they were headed toward marriage, which is why his mother, Denise Welch, previously threw shade at Tay with the line, “Not being her mother-in-law is a role that I am glad that I lost.” All this gives the vibes of more than a summer fling…
