After filing for divorce, it seems Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller want different things regarding their children.
Charlie asked for joint physical and legal custody of their twins Bob and Max, while Brooke is requesting sole physical custody, while granting Charlie visitation rights.
Brooke is also asking for spousal support, which Charlie does not want the court to grant. He is also asked her to pay for legal fees!
Considering what he has put her through, he should just hand it over. Realistically, the two have a prenup, so the money has most likely been decided upon.
Charlie and Brooke reached an agreement in May that in the case of a divorce, Charlie would pay $757,000 plus another $1.2 million from the equity in their house. Not to mention, $55,000 a month in child support payments.
Sounds fair to us, but we know how much he’s worth.
