Well, actually, the courts don’t so much care if she sprained the woman’s wrist like they say, so much that they are pissed she possibly refused to take a breathalyzer test.
That’s a big no-no!
According to one of the many versions of this story we’ve heard, when Lindsay Lohan allegedly snuck back into her sober living facility at the Betty Ford Clinic, she apparently refused to take a breathalyzer test and thus an altercation ensued between herself and staffer, Dawn Holland.
Word is that Judge Fox has gotten wind of this story and may have Lindsay come back to court after the holidays to discuss what happened. Should she be found guilty of refusing to take the test, she will be sentenced to 6 months in prison for the violation of her probation! A source close to the situation explains:
“Judge Fox made it very clear to Lindsay: a dirty test, or a refusal to submit to a test, would be counted and considered as a dirty test.”
Now, it has been reported that Lindsay eventually got around to taking the test the next morning and she passed it. So now, it is just matter of proving that she didn’t hold off on the breathalyzer so that she could, um, clear out the evidence.
Girl, you’re in BIG trouble. This was the last thing you needed, that’s for sure. You and your lawyers better be racking up some hard evidence to prove your innocence or you’re going to be starting off the new year in a baaaad way!
